設施：較為陳舊，門鎖採用傳統的鑰匙，特別難開。門框頂部有一個大裂縫，成了蚊蟲的陽光大道。洗手間沒有抽風機。馬桶蓋是壞的。淋浴間竟然有兩個不防水的插座，危險啊。水温時冷時熱，很難把握。
衞生：較差，枕頭髮黃，被子有污泥。走廊全是蚊蟲屍體。
環境：前面是荷塘，蚊子的天堂。晚上蚊子，臭蟲，飛蛾特別多。周邊無任何配套，點外賣都沒人送。
服務：每天換一次垃圾袋。阿姨直接把鑰匙留在門鎖上，真不怕客人丟東西啊。
飲食：簡餐，有紅米粥跟豆漿。包子餛頭紅薯玉米。還不算很差。
停車：有很大的廣場，停車方便。
實際上這是一個養老院。房間床頭掛着一對長者像，床頭櫃上放着一個播放哦彌陀佛的音樂盒。氛圍有點瘮人。如果你對生老病死敏感，較為迷信的話，建議別來。
國慶節400塊一晚，相比同期酒店便宜，但一分錢一分貨，也就這樣了。

這是一家養老院改的！！！入住收50的按金，退房需要人工查房。還用A4紙登記訊息，開門用鑰匙，感覺穿越回了80年代。

房間很大，兩張1.5米床，床品乾淨。這個莊園很大。裝修過時了，衞生間水管聲音太響。不過這個價格已經很好了。
