Filthy hotel: room and bathroom, overpriced.  Old and delapidated condition.  Water bottle cost NT$10 when most hotels provide complimentary.  No window in room, staff refused to change room saying it was what was reserved.  When requested to cancel, staff said they would but then refused to respond to Trip.com staff to honor refund: rubbish!
