Hotel room was clean and cozy with daily housekeeping services. Staff were very helpful and friendly. check-in was a breeze but there’s no priority for amazzing club stars members even though there was a signage indicated at reception. Breakfast spread was great and there’s a playroom at level 5. There is coin laundry available but the dryer was pretty weak, my clothes remained damped after a 90 mins cycle (paid ntd10 per 10 mins). Hotel is beside shin kong Mitsukoshi so it’s really convenient.

+ : Kids friendly hotel. There are cartoon paintings and displays around the hotel. And also Kids play area. My girl enjoyed the facilities. Location is good too, right next to a mall.
-- : Cleanliness could be improved. There were visible stains on the sheets and the sofa. We topped up for breakfast as the area looked cute, but everyone had an upset stomach after eating.
