"Overall, Lakeshore Hotel Tainan is quite a decent choice. The premises were clean and well-kept, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and both the check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. The room size was adequate, the beds were comfortable, leading to a decent night's sleep, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. While the hotel offers a comprehensive range of facilities, there's room for improvement in their overall maintenance and attention to detail. Judged purely by ********* standards, it could certainly pass as a four-star hotel. However, compared to high-end hotels in places like Macau, the difference is quite noticeable, especially in the refinement of details and service quality. The breakfast selection was decent but not extensive, though it met basic needs. The overall ambiance of the pool and public areas was pleasant, making it suitable for families and those with children. All things considered, it was a largely satisfactory stay. If they can improve on the finer details and dining quality in the future, I believe it would be much closer to a five-star standard."

"About 10 min walk from the train station, don’t follow google map as it will make you walk 1 big round. Will be back to stay as room is clean and big. Staff are nice and friendly👍"

"Check in was easy and staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and well equipped however the AC was very noisy with little possibility to adjust. Street noise was bad on one wing of the hotel, I had to request to be relocated to another side which the staff accommodated after some follow up and ”encouragement”. It was strange that after 9pm there was no drink or food available at any of the restaurants or bar. The reception staff was kind enough to extend our stay by 1h without additional charge."

"It is my third or fourth time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable. This is the tallest building in town and should be the most luxurious hotel there. It is right next to the Tainan Rail Station and is super convenient. Staff service is great. There aren’t much changes since I last stayed here in 2014. Nonetheless it is a place worth staying in Tainan."

"This is really a hotel that amazes me. It has a strong Bali resort style and the rooms are very big and comfortable! The breakfast is delicious and the service staff is very nice! There is also a swimming pool for children to play in! Everything is worth it and satisfying"

"One night stay on weekdays It feels like we are the only guests? Feeling very comfortable Entering the room feels very warm But it just smells bad I opened the toilet and found that it was the smell of the toilet pipe. There was no exhaust fan. The only ventilation is through the toilet window It doesn't seem to be strong enough I really like the lighting design of their room and bathroom Great water pressure when showering Super comfortable But be careful There is a note in the shower room Bathing is done with an electric water heater It is best to use it every 10 minutes Otherwise there will be no hot water My boyfriend slept till midnight Says the body is itchy But there are no signs of insect bites We are thinking Maybe no one lives there on weekdays. The room has been cleaned for some time It must be caused by dust! ?"

"I was surprised on the night I checked in because I was upgraded. The two-person room gives the four-person room a very large space.  The lobby also provides delicious coffee The overall design sense and service are in place A very attentive hotel Breakfast unit price is relatively high, so I eat snacks near Tainan"

"The hotel has plenty of parking spaces There are 24-hour midnight snacks available. Very suitable for families to live There are many parent-child facilities. There is a swimming pool, but most of them are children. It's not possible for adults to swim properly, but there is a gym available. The room is quite big"
