Stayed for three consecutive days, satisfied Good location, very convenient for going to attractions and shopping, opera house, Hyde Park, etc., walk for more than ten minutes. Upgraded to a large suite, very spacious, welcome wine and snacks were prepared. Can't get up at breakfast time, ordered a meal to be delivered to the room, tasted good.

How can I describe this hotel? It's not particularly good, but it's not bad either. The location is very good, it's only a 10-minute walk to the opera house. There are many office buildings around, and there are not many people at night, so it's quite quiet. The service is not very good. You can check in by yourself, but you still need to find a service staff if you need multiple room cards. There is only one bathroom in the exquisite suite. Someone on Ctrip made a random comment saying that there are two, but it's possible that there is only one bathroom in my room. The telephone line in the room is under maintenance and it doesn't work at all. During my stay, I wanted to ask for more beds and quilts. After going down to the lobby on the first floor to find the service staff and talking to them, they didn't deliver them to the room for a long time. The location is excellent. If you don't want to go up and down the slope, the Central Interchange subway station is right in front of the hotel. Although the building is old, it is the first international five-star hotel in Australia, but after renovation, it is still in line with the modern, simple and comfortable style. Very, very good hotel, within walking distance of Circular Quay, you can go to Sydney Opera House after dropping off your luggage, very close. Impeccable hotel. Excellent location, 3 minutes walk to Martin Place, Circular Quay, Opera House, Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens, Municipal Building are all within walking distance. Rich breakfast, diverse choices, elegant environment. The room is fully equipped and just renovated this year, with soft lighting, exquisite furniture, comfortable bedding, and warm living. Proper service, worthy of the reputation of a legendary five-star hotel. The only drawback is that there is no swimming pool, but the disadvantages are not enough, fully recommended!

Booked 4 nights for two people, the front desk helped to find a vacant room for 4 nights, which was good.
