The is a weird smell around the buildings, wall in the room a in bad shape

It is easy to park outside of this building else you will be charged RM12.00 per entry ＜ picture! ＞ The room has some smell and floor is a bit oily. They never come into the room if you stay very long. Air conditioning is working in good condition. Got heater to heat up water. Sunday and Saturday parking outside is free.

it’s easy to check in by self with photos and videos shown by the host, however the guide in text could be clearer as in stating which block. reached after 10pm and was dropped at block A, it took some time to figure out how to walk to block B, especially with big luggage 🥲

I booked the Deluxe Queen room because it has a "kichenette". It's actually just counter space with zero appliances. It's odd to not have an induction stove for this space, and the rooms not having microwaves makes it misleading to call this an "aparthotel". My room was a total eyesore (see photos). It's concerning that they won't improve the appearance of the rooms for the guests with several coats of paint. It's not compatible for long stays. There was construction across the hall (see last photo) from 10 AM to 5 PM which made it impossible for me to work remotely. The only 2 positives were the internet being private and the location being walkable.

The staff is really rude and doesn't clean the rooms. I've been staying here for many nights but I argue about cleaning every day. It was really scary to find out later that the door to my previous room didn't lock. When I told them about it, they were very reluctant and didn't fix the door, they just gave me the key. I felt like I was paying for accommodation but living in someone's house, begging for it.

The location is not too bad, but that area has a foul smell surrounding the building. The room wasn't clean up for 3 nights I stayed though I switched on the make up room button. The trash wasn't cleared at all. During checking in, the counter service staff says they would be there 24/7 but when I checked out this Sunday morning 8am, the counter is totally empty. I could not return my room key and collect my deposit back. Called hot line also no response till 1.30pm. Only good thing is the 24 hours convenient stall at ground floor.

Everytime i have meeting around PJ I will book this place…the price is reasonable and the bed is super comfortable

The window railings are dusty; they should be dust-free! Should check that all items for use should be in tip top conditions- the 2 hair dyers were not working. We had to wait till the next day to report at the reception counter. The housekeeping lady brought one in good working condition after several minutes.  The TV is disappointing- twice the reception guy tried to fix it but it was not working -what appeared on the tv screen was upside down!! Overall, the beds, shower and toilet system all are good!

Very strategic geographical location, very pleasant front desk staffs, plenty of parking lots and variety of food options around 👍

My friend was staying alone for 3 nights. However on her 3rd night (1/6), a man and woman were flighting with loud voice and slashing the doors for many times during mid-night. She was scared and couldn't sleep because her room just nearby.

Overall not bad. But the car park can be improved. The hotel no provided free parking. Guest only parking at the basement carpark and cost a bit high.

It's a good room in a residential complex, clean and comfortable. A lot of food nearby. Staff are friendly.
