Standard Room litter bit high the rate. Jst slept 1 night it is ok.

The most surprising thing is the scenery outside the window, which is very beautiful. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but the space is OK, not too crowded, and it is still very clean. The staff at the front desk are very nice, but the efficiency is too low. It takes a long time to check in, and they can't figure out whether we paid tourist tax. I was a little speechless. I showed them the order with tax paid, but they still said they didn't see it.

The comfort of the room is good, but it is very difficult to find the hotel from the mall. The signs are quite unclear. When checking in, the counter charged an extra RM10, which was said to be tax, which made us feel very strange because there were no other hotels when we checked in. We were notified later. We made a mistake and it was returned to us. The waiter was not clear about the procedure.

There was no cell phone signal in the room, and the wi-fi signal was so weak that it couldn't connect half of the time.
