If you are picky, need private beach and a big swimming pool - this hotel is not for you. It is a nice small hotel, with small pool, great breakfast. There are rooms that can fit 4 people. It’s a 20 second walk to the beach, you can rent a beach chair or lay on the towel. This hotel only servers breakfasts, there is no lunch or dinner, but you can always get good food at Samed Villa Restaurant. It’s a pleaser stay for several days, lots of greenery on this hotel property, it’s small but cozy.

Very close to the quiet beach and lots of places to eat near the resort. However, linen and room seem to be old compared to the room fee.

The hotel was a bit old but they’re doing a renovation during my stay. The ac in our room didn’t work well but the staff were very helpful and they changed a new room for us. Breakfast was fine and there were many choices. Overall, it was acceptable.

We paid premium price for this hotel as we were quite last minute. It’s not even a 3 star hotel. It’s old and moldy. Service was poor. Cleanliness not up to standard for what we paid. They do have a pool and they are located close to center. But all in all don’t expect too much.

Second line from the beach, communal pool and dining areas are stuffed with people, light in some rooms is not good, they open onto internal passageways so people walking by regularly doesn’t make it very peaceful. Good to use as a beach base and exploring other places nearby.

I love Pavillion resort at Ao Phai beach in Samed. Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool. The only downside was I found it difficult to get the shower at a good temperature, either too hot or too cold. Despite this, I would visit again!

Hotel and rooms are a bit old. The airco is quite noisy. Location is very good

Good location, 3 minutes walk to restaurant/ bar/ massage and nice view beach. Recommend 5 stars

Beautifully set out hotel only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. The swimming pool is quite small but big enough for a quick dip. Most people stay around the beach anyway. The hotel doesn't have its own beach area but you can rent sunloungers near by or go to one of many bars along the beach.

The location is great but a house keeping service should be better. There are no conditioners, tooth paste and tooth brush in the bathroom. The staff at front desk is very polite.
