Fenghuang Apartments

Small room but with great design. Love the balcony oversee the river and bridge. Great spot to hang out during cold season. Lady boss greeted us by helping to carry our luggage, suggest us places to go, shops to visit and dressing costumes. Downside is water takes some time to be hot (both sink and shower). Overall a good stay. Very happening area.

Traveled in December, it was nice for us as there wasn’t a lot of people. Really easy to communicate with them through Wechat. They got us a car for train station pick up and drop off. Upon arriving, someone came out to get us. It’s a flight of stairs down first (they offer to help with luggage) but would say to pack light because we were struggling. It’s a couple minutes walk to the place, I believe they have two, so depends which one they bring you to? We got the connecting rooms via balcony. It was nice because it was two rooms and each room had its own bathroom. We were able to see the water bridge (I believe) right outside the balcony which was nice. Good thing we were just on the first floor so with our luggages, stairs wasn’t too bad. Since it was not peak season, even with the bar nearby, it was not too loud for us at night. There’s some restaurants and photoshoot shops nearby as well. We did the photoshoot store right next to this stay and it was just ok for reference, feel like you can get cheaper elsewhere. Everything was pretty clean but there were some issues. Since it was December, it was cold. And when we first arrived, there was no hot water (just all freezing cold water). They said water heater was just cleaned or something when I asked. They said hot water should be back at night but our water when we showered wasn’t too promising. And then the heater was barely warming up the room so we were basically freezing. We took out all our jackets and all and we were still cold. Our room door to the balcony window was also broken which I was frustrated at first since it was cold, no hot water, heater not working, cold air blowing in. They eventually fixed it and I did appreciate the lady giving us portable heaters for the room to use. Overall, I think it’s not a bad place.

We are traveling by car. The hotel is in the middle of the ancient city of Phoenix. After arriving, the young lady helped me with my luggage and helped me check in. The little brother drove the electric car to lead my husband to the parking lot. Since we drive a tram, the boss will take the initiative to drive an electric car to the parking lot to pick up the car at night, and drive us to the place where there is a charging pile. We will also wait for us to charge the electricity together and go back together, and then use the electric car to take us back to the hotel. The boss is really kind and the service is super good. The room is also facing the river, the night view is very good, the room facilities are also very new, overall very good.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, well equipped, the room layout is very warm, and the night sleep is more practical. Very satisfied with a stay experience.

The hotel is relatively close to Hongqiao and not far from the river. It is in a small alley and has been open for more than ten years. The owner is very nice and the decoration is relatively simple. I think the switch in this bathroom is unreasonable. There is only one switch, and you have to go in every time to switch it on and off. It is not very convenient. Since it is difficult to take a taxi in the ancient city, the boss even sent me to the bus terminal in the end. I would like to give my boss a thumbs up.

This homestay is located in the center of the ancient city, very convenient to walk 2 minutes from the river, the surrounding environment is beautiful, people are away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the pressure. Quiet small courtyard, I chose a warm room, let me feel very comfortable, the famous lady is very beautiful, warm and kind, feels like home, a pleasant trip.

The hotel is very big, outside the ancient city, but it only takes fifteen minutes to walk. There are buses outside the door. The most important thing is that the hotel has a large parking lot. If you stay, you can park for free. The surrounding environment is very quiet. The front desk clerk upgraded it to luxury for free. The double bed room is very large. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is also very clean. If you are traveling by car or have children with you, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is atmospheric, the location is very good, very close to Nanhuamen, five yuan by taxi, less than one kilometer walk, is a good place to stay quiet. The front desk service is warm, the parking lot is large, and it is convenient to travel by car. The only fly in the ointment is that the breakfast is slightly monotonous, the can eat enough, with the hotel facilities, the service seems not to be in the same grade, the overall hotel is a good holiday place

Mengyuan tuojiang is located centrally along the riverside. The navigation on google maps may not be very precise and you may need to contact the lady boss or seek help from the locals to ask around for directions to the beibian street. The inn has a good window view and you can hear great live mandopop playing at the opposite stretch until 11pm. The lady boss, fangfang, was hospitable and gave great service. I had forgotten to bring my travel adaptor and she was helpful in lending me hers during my stay. She also gave free complimentary ginger candy that the locals eat. Thank you for the pleasant stay! 😊

This is the hotel I have been most satisfied with since I have been traveling for so long. The facilities, environment and hygiene of the hotel are not inferior to those of five-star hotels. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is great, there is no smell in the room, and it is very special to sleep at night. It was quiet and comfortable. I would especially like to praise the young lady at the front desk who helped us carry our suitcases to the room and briefly introduced us to the route to visit Fenghuang Ancient City. The service attitude was very good.
