"its very strategic location when you transit at kota kinabalu international airport.just 5-8 minutes distance from kota kinabalu international airport to this K avenue when not the traffic jam period.its only Rm6-Rm10 by Grab Car👍 but this time comfy house looks like abit disappointed🤔️ the bathroom is really smell bad and few cockroachs at the basin😨and the one who live to the next door is noisy at midnight time，cant get a good rest for me and my family when we have an early flight at 7am."

"This Airbnb location is perfect…. It’s next to a huge mall and a wide variety of eateries… it’s a walking distance to KK waterfront and sutera harbor where you get the best view of the evening sunset….. the amenities are quite good with a gym and 2 swimming pools with lots of greeneries and hammocks for chilling…. The unit however is quite old although most things work and it includes a wash and dry washing machine which was very convenient for me"

"A spectacular view where we enjoyed the beautiful sunset everyday. Most things were in order when we arrived but only one bottled water was opened and half drunk. Cleanliness was acceptable with only the bathroom shower area needing deep cleaning. The aircon wasn't too cool but the fans were sufficient. WiFi was weak but didn't bother us much as we had data."

"Very convenient location and good price for the accommodation! Just a few minutes walk to Imago Shopping Mall. Centre area to drive to anywhere. Accommodation provide items needed. Many shops below the condo very convenient. Things for improvement: 1. Weak and not stable wifi. 2. Some lights were spoilt need to replace. 3. Some items may need some repair or replacement. 4. Lights very dark when night time."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! I had a wonderful time at The Sigar at Sutera Bay, KK! The shower gel and shampoo provided were surprisingly amazing—such a nice touch. The swimming pool was super cool and relaxing, perfect for winding down. One of my favorite parts? Free Netflix in the room! It made the stay feel extra cozy. Highly recommended if you’re visiting KK. I’d definitely come back again!"

"There are not many resorts in the mainland. It’s a good compromise for balance a bit of everything. Going to downtown, visit remote places, and his land hopping. The sunset is nice for the hotel. A key point is that you can use this hotel facility + the sport center facilities + the Magellan hotel facilities. Downside. U can’t order food with Grab, as you will need to walk about 10-12 minutes to go take it down the road to the guard spot (third photo). What it could be improved: 1. The SPA price is out of range. 2. Family Night time activities. The only activity/bar is on the top floor which doesn’t allow kid below 18 YO."
