good accommodations, good service, friendly staff. all good

We booked this accommodation for 4nights. Everything in general was ok. Location wise - near to airport (about 15~20mins depending on traffic) Environment of the building was so-so. quite dirty (trash was everywhere, i even see rats running) but opp was KK plaza (they have a supermarket which is good) There is convenience store just below the building. Reception lady was very nice when we checked in, she passed us the key and inform us to contact them via whatsapp if we need any assistance. It is a very hectic place as whenever it is check-in time/check-out time, people will flood the lobby area and especially the lift. You can take up to 10~ 20mins waiting for the lift. We picked the sea-view room and it was big and nice, superb view of the sea & island!! There is even a small balcony. Even thou there is no place for cooking..but there were bowls/cups/utensils for us to use. There is also a sink but we did not use much as it was choked since we checked in. We had a little trouble operating the heater shower, but the hosts were prompt to give us instructions on how to use it. Only flaw is the water is too low. Other than that, It was a comfortable stay overall.

Really nive place & ot near with the kk town. Clean & habe lot of parking. Good staff & nive to stay. Got shop near the hotel

Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to major attractions, and the amenities were good for the price. Breakfast had a decent variety, though the coffee could have been better. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay. Would recommend!

Attitude of the staff here is very nice, helpful & polite, especially front desk. The bed sheet and floor are a bit dirty when i checked in. Always wet floor near toilet bowl area since day 1, does not dry up easily. The sound insulation is not very good. Every morning at 9am，house keeping can be your morning call / alarm. The impact of the cleaner when cleaning other places was very strong. The impact made me feel shaky while lying on the bed. It was incredible. Overall 3.5/5

Great location. Only 1 very bad point. I stayed in the 3 Rd floor. While floor full of smoking fumes and Angel. It was very bad. The fine of rm100 won't stop these china tourists from. Smoking.skap them with a 1000 fines. The location is good. Food everywhere. The size of the room is pretty good but the tv channels are very boring. I will book the same location again when ì am visiting api. Thank you hotel.

The location is strategic,near the mall,restaurant & mini market. The service also good & staff is friendly. Overall is good & recomended.

Clean and comfortable but a bit noisy We stayed at the 1st floor and we can hear the sound early in the morning from the window outside which is a chinese restaurant. The room is clean and nice
