Such a spacious room and very comfortable. The beds are large, the room is really spacious just like staying in a mini apartment. The surroundings are nice, just a few steps to Imago shopping malls and eatery area also available up to 12.00 midnight.

Overall i enjoy to stay at here. Near to Philippine Market. The room was cozy, spacious and best among the best is the view from the room. Nearby there is KK Plaza which you can buy some groceries at Servay Supermarket. Just a bit disappointed of the customer service the time i check where i asked to assist me to going down to the lobby after they asked me leave the card inside the room. They no even help me/ assist me to going down from floor 22 to lobby as u meed to scan the card inside the lift before enter the number of floor you wanted to go. After keep on waiting for some time luckily there is guest which also will going down to lobby in the lift, so i joined them.

The hotel is in a good location. Tower 2 is very close to the pier and can be reached on foot, which is suitable for children who want to play water sports. There are also duty-free shops and Shuguang Department Store nearby, and grab taxis are also very convenient. The room we booked is at the end of the corridor, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. You can see the beautiful sea from the living room and room windows.

The view from the room is expectacular. We like the room minimalistic design, and the colour scheme. Location is great as it is in the middle of gaya street and filipino market, walking distance to most tourist attractions. However, they need to improve on their cleanliness. Dusty fan, noisy aircon and broken sofa bed are still tolerable but the leaking in the toilet bowl after flushing is disgusting.

The room is very clean, the location is good, the decoration is very good, suitable for families and couples on vacation, the facilities are also complete, the customer service is very enthusiastic, any questions can be answered at any time, I will continue to recommend it to other friends next time

We extended our stay at the Loft for one day as this was very convenient for us to have a cost effective place for our day trips as family. Still the rooms have very limited furniture and the kitchen would require some more equipment like cups, plates… The view from the balcony is actually quite nice. If you are light sleeper and dislike landing airplanes, you may chose another location since the apartment is in the direct landing path of the airport.

We stayed in room B-15-3A on the 15th floor. The room has 2 bedrooms, 2 1.5-inch beds and 1 1.5-inch sofa bed. It was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, but it was very dirty!!! If you are very concerned about hygiene, don't choose this room, it's really dirty!!! The sofa has a strong foot and sweat odor!! Note that the whole sofa is very smelly!!! The bed is a tatami made of bricks, and I don't know why there are so many ants!!! There is no insecticide in the room, and the toilet has no sanitation tools. We stayed for 13 days and couldn't check out the room. It was really uncomfortable! There were insect bites all over my feet!! There is a dining table, which is large enough for 8 people of normal size. The tableware is complete, including a frying pan for frying eggs, a milk pan for cooking noodles, and a spatula. We went to the first floor of Pacific Shopping Plaza and bought an old-fashioned rice cooker, which is very cheap and suitable for steaming dishes. The location is convenient to Gaya Street, 500 meters away, and across from Kota Kinabalu City. The underground floor is Penang Supermarket, where you can buy everything, but it is not as cheap as Pacific Shopping Center. The same rice cooker costs 155 Malaysian ringgits, while Pacific Shopping Center only costs 115 Malaysian ringgits. I took a photo, and you can see for yourself that the photo is the hotel + Pacific rice cooker + Penguin-style Mixue Ice City on the first floor of Kota Kinabalu City opposite + Daqielai dishes. This homestay is very good except for hygiene, so I am going to choose to book a room with another owner in this building. After staying here, I understand why the rating is not high! I will give you 5 stars, but I have to tell the truth!

The homestay booked in Kota Kinabalu with his wife and her two sisters, the new real estate but it is indeed some distance from the pier. The rooms are clean and the facilities are new, and there is a night market downstairs.

Our host showed us to the room and explained all. Air conditioning units were very good and quiet at night. We didn't watch much TV but it was in perfect condition. Some may say the bed is hard but for me I slept perfectly. Being on the waterfront we had access to all restaurant's cafes and shops. The negatives would be the drain in the kitchen and the bathroom. I suspect these drains are not sanitised. I overcame this problem by putting the bathmat over one and a bin over the other. This negated the smell. Plenty of storage and also a pull out couch for a small child.
