"its very strategic location when you transit at kota kinabalu international airport.just 5-8 minutes distance from kota kinabalu international airport to this K avenue when not the traffic jam period.its only Rm6-Rm10 by Grab Car👍 but this time comfy house looks like abit disappointed🤔️ the bathroom is really smell bad and few cockroachs at the basin😨and the one who live to the next door is noisy at midnight time，cant get a good rest for me and my family when we have an early flight at 7am."

"Apartment is located right next to Imago Mall with a lot of food and retail outlets and along the Riverson Walk. Apartment is super clean and beds have thick mattress and are super comfortable. Apartment balcony has a stunning sunset view overseeing the Sutera Golf course. The host was very responsive to my family's requests including providing baby cot in the middle of night. Wonderful experience and will come back again."

The filter got black in one day ㅠㅠ We stayed for two days, and there were only four large towels for four people, so we used them after drying and washing them ㅠ ℹ️ No bugs and cleanliness Each room is spacious, and there is a large dining table in the living room, so it is good for couples to stay together And there was a convenience store on the first floor, which was the best🫶🏻✨ After checking out, I lost my ring, so I asked if I could go and look for it while cleaning, and they kindly said it was possible, and the host said they would call me and contact me when they found it🥹 I was touched,, There is a pier for the Sapi Island tour (5 minutes on foot), and famous local restaurants such as the Filipino Market nearby, so it is a perfect location for traveling🧡🧡"

A lot of restaurant/food outlet below the apartment. 24 hours convenience store.. walking distance to imago. Overall it was a very good experience staying here. Recommended."

"The customer service is not at the room when i wanted to returning the room keys back. Call many times never reply until 10am then they pickup. I was back to my hometown when i called the CS about returning the keys. Never have instructions to left the keys in room because i scare others people will going in the room and mess up everything that i never do. Please NOTED on this."
