Excellent stay! Spacious and clean room with breathtaking sea view. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Friendly staff and great service made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I didn’t expect the place was so near to the kk Times Square and next to imago. Just across and use the bridge. Thus location was very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean and to enter the floor need card which is safe for woman. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well and was able to assist and even help in our grab service informing them to come right infront of the hotel. I really love the ambience. And there is also restaurant and convenience store at the same building.

This hotel in Putatan area is the best choice! We start our road trip journey from Brunei at 5pm and arrive at the hotel at 11pm. Smooth and quick check in. Friendly & eficient staff. I highly recommend Pan Borneo Hotel because of its clean and comfortable room.

The condominium is good and very easy to self check in. Only the problem with common areas, but some guests without dry themselves after swimming, make the hallway and elvators are all wet and dirty, slippery 🙂↕️

Checked in at the hotel at around 9.30pm. I noticed the air conditiong was kinda hot. But i thought to myself, I’ll give it some time run first. Maybe it’ll get better soon. Then an hour later, it was still hot, so i called operator, and she said she will send someone to our room. Waited about 30 minutes or more, still nobody came. I called the second time, and she said she’ll get someone to our room again. And that’s it, nobody came to our room, to help us with the air conditioning. And we were to tired to wait already. So My 8 month old baby sleept sweating that night and i had to fan him with the note book that they put beside the bed. Upon checkout, I complained to the receptionist and the manager about the incident, and they checked on their system that the issue had been resolved. Which was abvioustly a lie. So the manager said he will investigate the matter and he promised something to me. So i hope he keep his words. I’m a regular here, so i know there was something wrong with the air conditioning. I know the quality of the hotel. So let’s see wether the manager is serious about his words.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! I had a wonderful time at The Sigar at Sutera Bay, KK! The shower gel and shampoo provided were surprisingly amazing—such a nice touch. The swimming pool was super cool and relaxing, perfect for winding down. One of my favorite parts? Free Netflix in the room! It made the stay feel extra cozy. Highly recommended if you’re visiting KK. I’d definitely come back again!

They upgraded us to a better room. Thank you so much for their kindness. The bedroom and the living room are so big and clean. I love this hotel and i must visit again when i visit kota kinabalu next time.

Perfect stopover after our Semporna trip — especially after days out at sea with lots of damp clothes. Holiday Inn Express Kota Kinabalu was just what we needed: fuss-free, clean, and comfortable. Loved that they had a washer and dryer on Level 1, which came in handy. Rooms were cosy and consistent, breakfast was decent, and the overall vibe simple and efficient. Great value for a short city stay.

Great location close to Jesselton Jetty and the Sunday market. Clean, comfortable rooms and a good choice of food. The only downside was the rooftop pool — not enough loungers for the number of guests and several were broken. Otherwise, a pleasant stay and we’d return.
