Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was super clean and it smelled soooo good. The hotel staff was very friendly, attentive and responsive! Shout outs to Charlie who was super helpful and nice, we also got a free upgrade on our room at the front desk and late checkout! Super nice! The area is very scenic and the lake view and sunset views are amazing! The buffet was also good but need more western options , the chinese food was great ! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view. It was so calm and peaceful. We took bicycles and enjoyed the sunset. The hotel has an affordable dinner when you can enjoy the beautiful view to the lake. The breakfast is delicious as well. The hotel has to improve the little pool inside lady’s room. It was half empty and temperature of the sauna was low..The swimming pool is great for kids. I enjoyed it from 22:00 to 22:30. The staff is friendly and caring. Thank you!

The lake views are stunning and the hotel swimming pool is better than most - the fact that the whole 25m depth is child friendly is a big plus for a family visit. The staff on the club floor where we stayed were kind and considerate and made our son feel welcome and I'd definitely recommend the club option if you're a family. The location is peaceful and there are lots of child-friendly open spaces nearby. On the other hand, the breakfast in the All Day Dining was disappointing as they seemed to run out of food by about 8:15. The days we were there earlier it was a good selection. If you are going as a family and are not a Chinese speaker, I'd recommend doing your homework in advance. There is lots to do nearby, but the hotel doesn't have that information available for guests.

It was ok, but the lake view room was really hot. I couldn't sleep at all. I changed rooms in the middle of the night and the one with city view was better... There was really something wrong with the air conditioner. I don't want to say more. It was 29 degrees. I was suffocating in the room and had difficulty breathing!

It was my first time staying at Le Méridien Suzhou Bay. I specially booked a room with a 270-degree lake view. Although it rained on the day of check-in and visibility was average, the night view was unique. The restaurant on the basement floor of the hotel is also very good, suitable for business banquets, highly recommended!

The hotel has beautiful scenery, the sunset is amazing, the room is also very big, there is a children's playground on the first floor, and you can go out to the lake. You can also take an electric car to tour around the lake. The only drawback is that the breakfast is too messy. There are so many people that the tables cannot be cleaned in time, and the service cannot keep up. It was difficult to find a waiter to clean the table, but the garbage on the table was thrown directly to the ground. I was speechless. I suggest that the hotel improve the breakfast service. If there are no seats inside, call the number at the door and let the guests sit down after the tables are cleaned. Otherwise, this breakfast is like a war, a mess.

Every time I come on a business trip, the one thing I look forward to is Le Meridien 🤣🤣🤣. The spacious rooms, beautiful scenery, and comfortable environment can clear away all fatigue. The front desk staff, Xiao Li, is friendly and actively helps to solve any problems and issues. It is a hotel that makes people linger.

Finally, you don't have to crowd to watch fireworks this Spring Festival! The Le Meridien Suzhou Bay Hotel where I stayed directly upgraded to a lake view room. The 53㎡ large space has floor-to-ceiling windows facing Taihu Lake. It is sparkling during the day and turns into a "firework room" at night! The hotel has specially set up an exclusive fireworks area by the lake, which is safe and romantic. You can watch the fireworks in the sky from the room without having to go out and crowd! Children who bring their own fireworks will have a great time! The upgraded lake view corner room has an unbeatable view! Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you can lie on the leather sofa in the afternoon to watch the sunset, and fireworks bloom outside the window while taking a bath at night... This is the right way to open a vacation! Although there are not many types of breakfast, the freshly made **self-service rice balls** are surprisingly delicious! Add meat floss, pickled mustard, and fried dough sticks by yourself, and the carb head is ecstatic~ Other recommended tofu brain (sweet and salty parties can be satisfied) and freshly cooked noodles stalls, the Su-style toppings are very authentic **Constant temperature swimming pool**: 28°C water temperature + full warm air channel, you don’t have to worry about the cold when swimming in winter! **Parent-child paradise**: Lego wall, climbing frame, a great place for kids to relax and unwind~ **Walk around Taihu Lake**: The back door of the hotel leads directly to the lake, so it’s super chill for morning jogging or camping! ▫️The WiFi signal in the room is not stable ▫️You need to queue up during the breakfast peak, so it is recommended to eat before 9 o’clock ▫️There are few businesses around, so it is suitable for those who just want to spend a holiday and lie down
