Very good location, all the attractions are near, even tho the hotel is on the pedestrian street the rooms are quiet and clean with a warm personnel.

Good location at the hub of tourist street. Walking distance to subway. Receptionist and staff were helpful, courteous and supportive. Previous tenants might be smoking in the room despite were non smoking room stated, we asked for another room and we got it immediately. Overall people are good, had a wonderful stay, recommended and will return to Suzhou JI hotel again

The hotel is located in a convenient location which is walking distance to one famous spot. Besides, a lot of eateries are available downstairs. The hotel staff were helpful as well. Great stay here. I will definitely recommend it.

Hotel location is good and convenient. Located near a train station. Service is good as well.

Great location, decent room size and their service is so good! If I were to complain one of the things about this hotel, the cab can’t stop in front of the hotel as it’s located in the pedestrian street.

Excellent location, cross street walk a little bit is the 平江路，ride bike for few mins will get the 狮林，拙政园和苏州博物馆。close to subway stations and is inside of 观前街步行街，in the evening there are quite interested in visiting shops, restaurants around. Front desk people very helpful and responsive, quickly works with each customer. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great service! Miss Yang from the front desk was very helpful. She assisted us to courier our package back to our country. The room is clean, and the front desk service is impeccable. Location is great as it is right at the walking street with a lot of food and shopping.
