My first time in Suzhou, and the hotel's location couldn't be better – it's super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and thoughtful; they proactively offered us refreshing chilled sour plum juice and lemon mint water, which were both delicious. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. They also offer laundry facilities and service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Suzhou.

The hotel facilities were advanced, clean, and comfortable. I especially felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Suzhou. Yesterday, I suffered from heatstroke and returned late from my sightseeing. The pharmacies were already closed, so I asked the front desk if they had any Huoxiang Zhengqi Water (a traditional Chinese medicine for heatstroke) or cold medicine. The receptionist said no. Just then, a food delivery driver in a yellow vest, who had already come out of the door, heard what I said, immediately returned to the lobby, took out three bottles of Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, and said it was his own medicine and he wanted to give it to me for free. In the end, he gave me two bottles for free. The receptionist also went out of her way to find two packets of cold medicine. I felt much better after taking the medicine that night. Although I don't know the delivery driver's name, I felt the warmth and hospitality of Suzhou. Thank you to the delivery driver and the hotel for their service!
