"We checked in late at night. The staff was very welcoming and nice. Upon entering our room, you could see the filth on the carpet. Stains and dirt everywhere. You can see food wrapper on the floor, which was probably left by the last guest. There were stains on towels. The body wash and conditioner bottles were both empty. When we tried to sleep at night, that's when we realised it was very dusty in the air and had given us an allergic reaction. We could not stop sneezing throughout the night. The ventilation was not very good. In saying that, the bed and bathroom were both clean. I raised my concerns with the front desk manager during check-out and he acknowledged the issues professionally. However, I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"This is a two bedroom and one living room, with kitchen and laundry facilities, two bedrooms with one queen bed and one double bed. In the kitchen, there are cups, cups, spoons and forks, as well as toaster dishwashers. It is great for us to bring Chinese food in Australia. We bought noodles, eggs, and cooked ourselves at a nearby supermarket. The breakfast was awesome. However, the hotel does not provide toothpaste toothbrushes and disposable slippers, only shampoo and bath products. There is also a very close to the city center. The bus stops 5 to 6 to the town hall. There is Woolworth around 500 meters. The disadvantage is that the bathroom door is not moving very well. The water will be hot and cold when you take a bath, and if you don’t need to take a bath Supplies, even if only a little left, it won't add new ones to you the next day."

"We love everything of this hotel. Convenience, clean, great size of rooms, great variety of breakfast and great customer services. All of the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They welcome us with their great smile, greet us every time when we walk in the hotel and answered all our enquiries patiently. We would give them 9 out of 10. we would say one thing we dont like is the bathroom. It’s bit less private due to the design of the glasses around the shower room."

"I am in love with this property and in fact already dreaming of coming back again when visiting Sydney. The apartment has all the essentials amenities in the kitchen to cook and prepare meals for the whole family during our 1 month stay . The location is really strategic just walking distance from Central station and Trams . Easy access to go anywhere you need to go all around Sydney. Staff are very kind and friendly, everything was really wonderful about this place ! Highly recommended!"
