Ctrip actively followed up and helped contact the hotel, and finally sent them back to China. However, they charged a service fee of $25, which is understandable... 酒店無故扣掉我們按金250刀，説我們導致廚房發黑，圖片是酒店提供的照片，視頻是我們入住時候拍攝的，可以清楚看到牆面當時已經發黑了，還好我們入住拍了視頻，隔了十來天我們才看到酒店郵件，按金已經扣掉了，現在和酒店交涉中。酒店交房時候就有的問題亂扣帽子給我們，沒有入住視頻根本就説不清了，大家千萬小心。退房後還扣了5刀餐具清潔費，事先也沒有説明。

對不起了萬豪，Q1才是最適合一家出行的酒店，位置離海灘更近，泳池也不錯。更重要的是有很大的兩室一廳。而且有帶烘乾的洗衣機，攢了二十天遊歷了好幾個城市的襪子終於有救了。就是烘乾機以前沒用過研究半天，帶個説明書就好了
