The vacuum cleaner used to clean the room has a very strong odor. It smells like water kept too long in the vacuum cleaner, and it's starting to get rancid. Nothing to watch on TV, although it's a smart TV; there's no access to YouTube or Netflix apps.

The location is very good, near to mall and water park. However the hotel service is disappointed. The drainage system in bathroom is clogged and drained out very slowly. For the first time we ask for help in the morning , the technician not solve the problem but only done when we informed the front desk the second time at night.

Sunway Resort Hotel in KL is a fantastic choice! Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable. The convenient connection to Sunway Pyramid Mall provided easy access to dining and shopping. The breakfast buffet was superb. Friendly staff and efficient service made check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's proximity to the massive Sunway Lagoon water park is a major plus. With stunning views and excellent amenities, including an indoor pool and miniature zoo, Sunway Resort Hotel offers a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good breakfast and nice restaurant. Annex to the shopping mall. Super convenient! Nice food and nice shopping. Had a pleasant stay here. Value for money. Highly recommended !

The location is perfect for families connected to a very huge mall with a lot of restaurants and playgrounds around, also the hospital is near incase of emergencies. Moreover, the service was excellent and fast, laundry also was good price and good cleaning but they never get out any stains in clothes not professional. Finally the toilet cleaning sometimes it’s excellent and sometimes the smell is bad.

Great location within Sunway area, walking distance to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon, and with nice breakfast.

Good service and the staffs are friendly! We got a 2-single bed room instead on the first day as they only left with one room, and we requested to change it, the next day they changed us to a king-bedroom. Clean and neat. Breakfast for the 4-day stay, but the variations are not so much, basic simple Asian food available though (nasi lemak, koay teow soup/mee soup), porridge, English breakfast, fruits). Hotel rooms are quiet too! Just the toilet paper is super thin hahahaha

This hotel at sunway pyramid but size quite small . Hotel still ok . Food still ok .

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights here. Everything was good. only breakfast needs to add more main menus and not just rely on nasi lemak every day. thank you.

Repeat stay on every quarter since Clio days.. Love staying here like home away from home. Conveniently located near Oasis wing of Sunway Pyramid Mall. Room is quiet and clean. I'll be back.

It's a good location and nice pool. And we have a nice view park on the 22nd floor.

Enjoy stay at the hotel and breakfast is great too. Front desk is friendly. Unfortunately parking is not free.
