Ich habe spontan einen Familienausflug nach Stutggart geplant, also habe ich das Hotel gebucht, ohne viel zu recherchieren (Bewertungen lesen!!).+ Rezeption Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich, Zimmer 112 für Familie ist sehr groß und hat sogar eine Kleiderkammer. Die Lage ist super, wir haben die Stadt in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
(-) Als wir in Zimmer 112 ankamen, fühlten wir uns wegen der Hitze im Zimmer unwohl, ich dachte, dass das Öffnen des Fensters und die Nutzung des Venit(alt) es besser machen würde. Leider war es nicht so. Meine Kinder konnten die halbe Nacht nicht schlafen. Am Morgen sagte mein Mann, dass er ständig von etwas gebissen wurde, und als er auf das Kissen schaute, fand er eine Bettwanze.
Als ich dies am Morgen dem Personal an der Rezeption berichtete, sagte er, dass sie bereits etwas gegen Bettwanzen unternommen hätten und sich wieder darum kümmern würden.

The cleaning is good, the rooms are normal, 10 minutes walking distance to the city center, but the building is not very useful and comfortable as a hotel.

Una vergogna, un insulto all’umanità, nel 2025 questo hotel NON HA L’aria condizionata NON ANDATECI NON ANDATECI NON ANDATECI… camera familiare con colazione a giugno 2025 pagata 1130€ per 3 notti (prezzo da ottimo hotel), caldo tremendo e hotel SENZA ARIA CONDIZIONATA!!! Siamo alla vergogna più totale … trogloditi !

Emplacement pratique proche du centre ville, avec transports publics à proximité. Possibilité de parking privé payant pour les clients. Chambre spacieuse et literie confort. Aménagement de la chambre simple et sans fioritures, mais très propre. Grande salle de bain pratique d'utilisation et avec tous les articles de toilette à disposition (savon, gel douche, sèche-cheveux, etc.) Environnement très calme (notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure). Buffet petit déjeuner un peu cher, mais très varié et à volonté. Personnel très souriant et à l'écoute. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, idéal pour les familles.
