Keine Hilfe vom Hotel
Ich bekam leider ein Zimmer das nach Rauch stinkte. Das Fenster war zudem vor meinem Check in die ganze Zeit geöffnet und entsprechend an meinem Anreisetag etwa 10 Grad, da die Aussentemperatur zu jener Zeit etwa minus 3 Grad war. Es war schwierig Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufzunehmen. Zudem hatte ich keinen Haarföhn im Zimmer gehabt und ich musste mit meinen nassen(!!) Haaren (ich habe sehr lange Haare) in die eisige kälte raus, da sich das Hotel auf Anfrage nicht bei mir gemeldet hat und keine Hilfe anbot. Ich wollte eine offizielle Beschwerde einreichen, aber auch hierzu meldet sich niemand bei mir bzw. es gibt keine Email Adresse.

Very helpful receptionists
The staff is excellent. My train had a delay and I called to arrange a late-check-in. The lady on the phone was most helpful and sent me the key box pin privately as I had booked over an app which didn’t work for messaging.

no elevator
Location is good, very close to bus station, but the hotel at 2nd floor, no elevator for customer, so it is too hard to carry it to your room if you have some big suitcases with you, and your room probability at 3rd floor.

It's ok for short stays, very simple and practical. It looked superficially clean but hard some stains here and there, and for some reason didn't feel in the cleanest environment. The mouse isolati on is null, you can hear everything that's happening outside the room. I booked a single room and it was ok, but small and basic, it doesn't have many outlets or a closet, for that reason I would suggest it only for 1-3 day stay. It doesn't hace a lift, and even the reception is upstairs, so I wouldn't suggest it of you hace reduced mobility. The best part us the staff, that is very polite and charming, and the location that is central, well connected and well served. It was easy to find, simple check-in and check-out ... It's not expensive at all, so you get that you pay for
