Bed Bugs!!! Rats outside. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Felt like I had walked in to a hotel in a third world country, not modern Germany. Arrived, couldn’t get the door fob to work, no response from the off site reception. Finally got in after being told to find a spare key in a housekeeping room…which was unmanned. Got undressed ready for bed in a bleak looking room, lay on the bed to watch something on my tablet. Saw something moving on the bed, jumped up to find 10 bed bugs, had already been bitten by two of them. Never stay here it should be closed down.
