Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly, the food was below par, cold eggs and potato's, only fresh coffee in the morning, the rest of the day it became stale.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to what we were doing in Stuart, Fl.
Our check in was less than stellar. When we got there, the hotel clerk insisted that we did not have a reservation. She told us that our reservation number was not from that hotel. She later admitted that she had typed my name incorrectly and switched my last name and first name. I think her name was Nancy.
The room had not been completely cleaned. My wife and I found half eaten crackers in the nightstand drawer next to the Bible. Picture attached.
The towels that were offered at the front desk for use at the pool, were so thin and flimsy that you could see right through them. Each person needed at least 4 towels to dry themselves off.
As a Hilton honors member, I was very disappointed with the level of service offered by the Hampton Inn hotel and suites.

Admittedly I haven't stayed here since right after Covid. That was not a good experience but thought I would give them another try since they've had several years to get on track. WOW! Was I wrong. This place is worse than before! It's dirty and unkept. The halls have a stale, musky odor. In my room, the sofa was dirty and smelled horrible. I would not sit on it. Same for the desk chair. I put a bath towel on the chair before sitting. There was pink slime in the shower, dust on the floor boards and outlets. The desk and nightstand were sticky even after wiping them down with a Lysol wipe. I used 7 wipes cleaning the surfaces! Gross!! The plastic bag in the closet with the extra blanket was ripped and the zipper hung down below the hangers. So sloppy!! The frig is not level so the door wouldn't stay closed tightly. Front desk staff were not friendly at all! I will never stay here again!

This is a wonderful location close to shopping, nightlife and beaches. The hotel is very well kept. Beautiful pool.. Great stay

Great stay! Super friendly staff! Perfect breakfast. The snack store was also great, cause I needed some snacks for the nighttime munchies.
