The ‘Stuart Splash’ house gets its name from our alluring pool which awaits you with the invitation to jump right in! We provide many pool (and beach) toys for your use and entertainment. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use. ENSUITE BEDROOM: -QUEEN bed w/ a new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress -Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations -Dresser, Walk-In Closet and attached Ensuite Full Bath (shower, toilet, &           vanity). -There is also a dedicated workspace (desk) for those looking for an at           home office! All you need to cook at home will be at your fingertips.Don’t forget to check out the DRINK BAR with coffee, tea, wine and mixed drink amenities including a MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN DRINKS MACHINE for your personal use while you are staying at the home!!DINING & LIVING ROOM:Both the Dining & Living areas seat 6-8 people comfortably, with a few extra stools available at the kitchen island for overflow. The house has several smart home features; including smart locks/keyless entry, an easy to use NEST thermostat, and a Ring Doorbell Camera (this camera is for security only. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house). The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have! We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport. This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. Weekly landscaping and pool maintenance take place at the house year round which require personal access to the yard for approximately :30-60 minutes at a time. If you have scheduled activities in the yard which will interfere with this please advise us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate.*Please note that the pool is uncovered and unfenced. Use of the pool is at the discretion of the guests and guests accept all risk associated. The Pool is cleaned weekly (every Tuesday & Friday) however in-between cleanings; it is the guests responsibility to skim out any debris (daily) in the pool with the provided pool net.Overview of House Rules: - Max overnight guests = 8 (Max Daily occupancy 12) - No Smoking/Drugs anywhere on property (this includes vaping and marijuana use) - No Parties/Events (quiet hours from 9pm-7am must be observed in respect of our neighbors) - No Overnight Street Parking (the driveway should provide ample parking space & use of the garage is negotiable with prior request) - Minimum age renter is 21 years oldAll children under the age of 18 shall have adult supervision at all times while using the poolNormally one Pet is allowed per booking. The master has 2 closets. With 3 TVs (65” in main room) in the suite allows you to watch what you want too! Each tv has is own YouTube live subscription! The kitchen with brand new appliances is fully loaded with 2 coffee makers (one being Keurig) coffee is provided. We have a full pantry for plenty of goodies. We have brand new washer & Dryers in the suite as well. As for the bathrooms we a tub shower and full shower! The suite is full WiFi with at&t. We have made sure everting in the “OB” is done to fullest for you to enjoy your stay with us! There is street parking all around downtown which is 3 hour parking limit 8 am - 8pm. There are designated free parking a couple blocks away. There is a golf shuttle that can take you around town which is right out the front where they park at the circle. There is also a water taxi that you can take to see why Stuart is one of the top destinations for boating! I am available any time! Downtown Stuart As you walk around the beautiful walkways of downtown Stuart, views both natural and historic surround you. Originally built in the 1880s and 1890s, the main streets of downtown Stuart are home to buildings of true old Florida character and charm. Built upon the remains of Stuart’s first railroad stop, the history and the determination of Florida’s pioneers shows through in the personality and style of the buildings. Cast through old Florida oaks and banyan trees, a walk down the main streets of Flagler Avenue and Osceola Street has the vibe of the small, quaint, and coastal town originally founded upon pineapple plantations and railroads. We took the opportunity for pictures and admiration of the architecture and history preserved in the beautiful buildings. Extending behind all of downtown’s main area is a boardwalk over the St. Lucie River, where one can spot dolphins, fish, and oysters. After a meal of downtown’s delicacies and a day of shopping, the Riverwalk is the perfect place to wind down after a day of excitement. A wonderful spot for a stroll, we timed it perfectly to see the sunset over the water, a view that is unsurpassed in beauty. On Sundays from 1-4 in the afternoon, a local concert rocks the Riverwalk with a different band each week. Seating is free, and vendors provide quick snacks while meals at one of historic downtown’s restaurants is always only a step away. Lit up at night, the Roosevelt Bridge stands over historic downtown and the river as the moon stands over the sea. Our cottage has everything you need for a tropical getaway! Recently renovated and with brand new furnishings, it is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the amenities and entertainment Florida has to offer.The front yard is quite cosy with a fence and tropical folliage making it private from the neighbors, and has a sitting area near the palm tree that is illumanted at night. The back yard also has generous cosy sitting area with a couch, chairs, ottomans and a grill, illuminated dusk till dawn. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a formal living room in the front, and a breakfast and family room area with a spaceous sectional in the back. The living room and the family room are equipped with 65" TVs, and our wireless wi-fi and high-speed internet allows for seamless connection to all the commonly used streaming apps. In case you need to work from your home away from home, there is a computer desk in one of the closets and an office chair - both are on wheels so that you can easily move them to an area that you deem most convenient for you to work during your stay. The location is perfect and close to everything that you might need while you are visiting the area! There is a convenience store at the end of the street that you literally can walk to! Walgreens is a 2-min drive away, there are 2 Publix stores (grocery) and Walmart within 10 minutes, and Martin Memorial Hospital is just a few blocks away.And of course the main reason to visit Florida is ocean and beaches - well, there are 8 public beaches within 5-15 min drive!
