There was no fridge in the room. Otherwise a lovely stay. Breakfast was pretty good. Beautiful place near to shopping strips but a longer walk to the Avon river. Bottled waters only on first day of stay and were not replenished following day.

Didn't get the room type we booked , no staff , restaurant closed as no chef ... Location great .

Superb hotel in an excellent location - close to the railway station and the key landmarks. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Nadine on the front desk) and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is good, the facilities are lacking a bit. Breakfast is a bit basic, and you can hear nighbours.

Room was smaller than expected as there were slants, whole building and rooms need upgrading as they are dated. Not too many veggie options for breakfast.

Very close to the train station and just a few minutes walk to the town centre.

7 stars of service. The front desk, in particular. Wishing you beautiful and sustainable business for many, many years to come ❤️

If you are expecting a friendly and welcoming hotel. Stay away. Not offered any Hilton Honours benefit despite we had been Gold Member for years. Our request were never honour . Worst experience from a Hilton group of hotel.

Really comfortable stay. One of the best beds I have had in ages. Temperature of room was good. Really near tourist spots and places to eat. Great breakfast.
