When I checked in, I found a broken glass in the bathroom/I have reported it to the front desk/There is no place to put a 29-inch suitcase when there are 2 people staying in the room/Every time I pick up my luggage, I have to put the suitcase on the bed before I can take the items and then put it back on the floor/I asked to change rooms/The male employee on duty at the counter at noon said that the room is full today/I promised to help me change rooms tomorrow/I went back to the hotel at 3 pm tomorrow and he said that the room is full today again and I resigned/Very bad service/The price is a bit expensive//I would never recommend it to friends/Overall, I would rate it as bad/bad/bad/bad/bad
