The stay was very pleasant. Staff were all very friendly. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The lobby had a great vibe with lots of seating. I loved the outdoor seating area and the life size games in the lobby. Would stay again if in the area.

Easy and quick check in. Located right off the interstate and within close proximity to Wal-Mart and restaurant chains. Space was clean, rooms were clean. Althought I appreciate the complimentary breakfast, the juices tasted watered down and the food was not very tasty. EV chargers on site (2 TESLA/1 universal) - would suggest having another universal.

Great Location!! Clean, Friendly Staff. Annette was very helpful during our stay from accommodating our travel issues, to letting us know the best places to eat around town. She always had a friendly smile, and made sure everything was going great. Thank you Annette, One of the best Hosts I've had in a while thanks for making my stay much more enjoyable.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff both on checking in and out were very personable and helpful. The room was clean, the shower was excellent and the breakfast choices were varied and adequate. I would recommend this Tru and would stay again on my next trip south.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and lots of extra amenities. Very neat hotel concept. Great for families. Leah at the Front Desk was very accomodating. I needed extra pillows and had them within minutes. Definitely would stay here again if in the area. A lot of restaurants near by.

We took a overnight trip to the Blue Ridge Mountain area and visited Walton's Mountain. We stayed here as Tru has become our favorite go to hotel. We checked in and immediately noticed there was no pool ..at the time no one told us we could use the I ne next door at their other property , we found that out at check out. The rooms are clean and fresh, but they echo terribly. The breakfast was very disappointing.. they had weird red / white / blue pancakes and turkey sausage patties that were cold... they should up their breakfast game . Hopefully this was not the normal and they were just off their game .. Probably would stay at the hotel next door if we go again ..

The hotel is clean, staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are small but adequate for two people, bed and pillows comfortable. Pegs on the wall serve as a closet. The television is huge! Lobby has a few games, lots of seating, coffee and tea available free all day. Amenities include several cases of snacks and beverages, including wine and beer. We stayed one night which was fine, for a longer stay it may seem a bit claustrophobic because the rooms really are quite small.

We stayed here for one night. My take on the hotel is that their target customer is the younger generation. Everything is very minimalist. My husband and I had to plan on moves around the room so we wouldn’t bump into each other. The bed was comfortable - but you could hear every time someone walked by or shut their door. My biggest gripe is in the bathroom there were no bars of soap at the sink - you had to squeeze a dispenser to obtain a mixture of lemon and sugar to wash your hands. I have arthritis and was unable to squeeze it with one hand. Finally ended up putting some of it in a cup to use.

We have been wanting to check out a Tru by Hilton since we first saw one a few years ago. We came across this one, and said "I guest tonight is the night." So these are very sparsely equipped hotels, but that being said, they are neat and clean. and they come with a larger than average size TV, yeah! No in room coffee machine, ws a big draw back for the misses, who like many folks, HAS to have her coffee before bed and first thing in the morning. Not a huge deal fro her, as she asked me to go down and get her a coffee in the morning. It was quiet, clean and comfortable, which are 3 of the most important features of any hotel. As long as it was for an over-night stay, she said we would stay at one again in a heartbeat. A 2 or 3 night stay … no (unless others have a in-room coffee machine:)
