Tru by Hilton Staunton

Very clean and convenient! The bathroom was spotless and had a big walk in shower. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion are all in dispensers which keeps the area neat. The hot breakfast was good. Kids will get a kick out of the pancake machine and yogurt dispenser. One thing I wish they’d do is avoid booking all the rooms close together when the hotel isn’t full. We could hear the neighbors even when they were just talking. Luckily we have a white noise app.

We had to travel last minute due to a death in our family and this hotel and their staff were wonderful. Specifically, Erin showed such kindness and compassion to us. It made the trip much easier. We would stay here again anytime.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is so welcoming. The room is clean and has everything you need. The lobby is so fun and great for families traveling. Centrally located to everything!

The Tru in Staunton is clean and the staff is super friendly. Lea is the best. Annette is always so helpful. The breakfast is always good.

We stayed here two separate nights with a tour group. The Pros- hotel was clean, bathroom was well appointed with a good shower, breakfast was decent with plenty of sitting room. There were enough regular outlets, but not USB. The cons- no coffee maker- yes, there is coffee in the lobby, but I need it asap in the morning. So of course, there is no microwave either. The room is small, I mean really small . There is not a closet or drawer in sight, only hooks and narrow shelves. The “desk” shelf may be 6 inches wide, but I doubt it. Even narrower shelves were by one side on the bed, and a modern small round table, maybe a foot in diameter, by the other. No space for anything but a small suitcase on top of the refrigerator, and another small suitcase on a vented shelf over the heat and air unit. Which left less than foot width on that side of the bed. I would not stay here again if it was my choice.
