This place is absolutely beautiful and super relaxing! This place had a modern touch and I loved the glass shower. Even the views of the mountains were awesome to view while just sitting by the pool. Staff was very, very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely be coming back again!

Great hotel, beautiful view, full experience. There is a free tennis court and golf course, there is a shuttle bus to use, and the turndown service is satisfactory and worry-free.

Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

The environment naturally does not mean that the decoration of the room can be simple, anyway, I can't see it worth the price. The hotel's restaurant is expensive and small. There are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, the location is really good, **Uncle can walk

The front desk service was very warm and introduced us to the whole resort. The desert style room was clean. I slept in this bed all night. The room booked with breakfast was actually 60 🔪. The extra amount was paid separately and ok. I will come again next time.

This hotel is about $1,000 a night and the housing facilities are very old. Seems to be mismatched with the price. There is no bathtub in the bathroom and the shower water pressure is small. The hotel pool is very small and simple. Not quite the same as my expectations. But scottsdale may be a very expensive place, the hotel is very expensive. The day is sultry and it is said to be the best time of year. . Easy parking, laundry room. Restaurant a steak a leisure. Steak is better. Breakfast is also qualified. Even if it is a field experience. This place won't go again

The early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night.
