GGuest UserWe arrived in the early morning to check in. The front desk staff was very responsible. The next day we had to go to the airport to catch a flight after watching a football game, and time was very tight. The hotel concierge, Concierge bellman Ibrahim, gave us a lot of help, allowing us to watch the game without worry and take the hotel car to the airport. Thank you very much, Concierge bellman Ibrahim.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Arriving late at night is really like being in the Arab world for a thousand and one nights. The facilities are luxurious and the rooms are comfortable. The room service manager who understands Chinese in the lobby is particularly enthusiastic. In the morning, I was awakened by the pigeons outside the window and saw the sun in Riyadh more than 40 degrees. Breakfast was not bad.

GGuest UserFirst time staying, the lobby is quite beautiful, free tea available! The room is clean and tidy🤫, with a small bathtub🛀, comfortable to sleep! The hotel restaurant has a buffet, paid $ to try, very good!

The hotel staff provided warm and attentive service.
We booked a basic room and received a welcome card and local snacks. The hotel is filled with local charm and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

GGuest UserAmong the hotels I have stayed in during this trip to Saudi Arabia, this one is generally cost-effective. The attitude of the hotel service staff is quite good. I feel that Saudi Arabia has hired many foreigners to serve them. In the hotel, I saw employees wiping the railings and floors bit by bit with rags.
