앨꼬LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^ He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this? Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more. The private beach is also kept very clean. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. Recalling the various aspects of LeBlanc that are still vivid...♡♡

SShandianjiankeThe room was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were also excellent. It has a private beach right on its doorstep, and the service was exceptional. The only minor drawback is that it's located in a hotel zone, making trips to the supermarket a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was perfect!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments. The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction to the hotel facilities- we were simply told to find all information in the app. The room itself was very noisy due to constant traffic from buses and service vehicles outside the windows. A request to change the room was declined, and the receptionist even mentioned that my Gold status meant nothing for this booking. Housekeeping also skipped our room twice, despite the sign on the door requesting service. On the positive side, the food quality was generally good, and the entertainment program was decent, though not outstanding. It was surprising that the bars did not provide a clear drinks menu of what could be ordered. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the beach, which is almost nonexistent. The highlights were the wonderful Kids’ Club staff and the generally friendly hotel personnel, although some bartenders and reception staff were less welcoming. The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its modern appearance and some great staff members, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, communication, and beach access would significantly enhance the guest experience.

JJust a TravelerThere is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages. Pros : 1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime. 2. The room was clean and the view was stunning. 3. The room has a small place for room service. Cons : 1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though. 2. Location is a little far from the main street. 3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person.

KkikikeI was extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It offered incredible value for money. The beachfront king-size room was very close to the sea, and pictures 1, 2, and 6 show the view from the balcony. I could gaze at the ocean all day long and never get tired of it; the sea in Cancun is absolutely stunning, truly that jelly-like turquoise blue. The all-inclusive meal plan was fantastic. The hotel has many beautiful restaurants, and dining there was an experience in itself. Just be aware that for some popular restaurants, you need to book them as soon as you check in, otherwise, you won't be able to get a reservation later. If you enjoy drinks, it's even better, with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to choose from. Opting for the all-inclusive package was definitely a smart choice.

GGuest UserGood review: A surprisingly wonderful stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time! This stay at [Hotel Name] completely exceeded my expectations. From the details to the service, everything felt incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. I absolutely recommend it with a full score! First, the hygiene and environment were impeccable. The moment I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The room was spacious and bright, the air was fresh with no strange odors, the sheets and duvet covers were perfectly white and smooth, feeling soft and comfortable. The bathroom floor was dry with no puddles, and the sink and toilet were wiped spotless. Even the shower glass had no water stains, making for a truly reassuring stay. From the window, I could see a small garden, which was particularly therapeutic to wake up to when opening the curtains. Second, the facilities were comprehensive and considerate. The air conditioning in the room cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, ensuring I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. The mattress was moderately firm, and there were pillows of different thicknesses to choose from; I slept for two nights without any back pain. The room also came equipped with USB charging ports, a hairdryer, and bottled mineral water. Even the toiletries were pump-style and felt high-quality – every detail showed great care. Finally, the service was warm and efficient. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever. Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit this city!

GGuest UserHideaway Royalton Riviera Maya was a nice weekend getaway for me and my brother but also a reunion with friends. I know the hotel is closing for renovations and hopefully it can get the well needed repairs/upgrades. For me, it was better than I expected but still lack a lot and the price should've reflected what service would be given. Definitely understaffed and affected many things like a domino. The food needs to be better especially the buffet. The only food that was consistently delicious was the fish!!! The Zen restaurant delicious but a sauna so couldn't finish our food. The building itself needs repair as I cut my finger in the pool from lose tiles. We had a leak for the light in our room, but thankfully maintenance fixed it right away. The water activities could've been much better. Too many physical challenges not enough fun challenges.
