Our stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was truly the highlight of our Kerala trip. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. You can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to their guests. The villa itself was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful waterfront views made our stay incredibly relaxing and worthwhile. After travelling across several places in Kerala, this was the one stay that truly felt worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to return again in the future.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything is very clean, very delicious, very spiritually. All staff are happy and willing to help. We were here for one day after a month of staying in the aurved clinic. So we had both breakfast and lunch and dinner. The husband went to the gym and I was on a face massage. Sportsman is big but the minimum is necessary. The pool is not deep but clean. The lyejakov is small but they are all free) in the restaurant everything is delicious and with care of the guest. Surprised the lack of fish ... in the SPA good massage and cosmetics is just excellent. Before the compliment-ham process. I really understood the dress in the SPA office, I would like to buy such. next year we will come back to India and stay here for 2 nights. Everything is great. Hotel manager is a great young man, a great team!

Great location and there is free pick up and drop off from the airport. However manpower in the hotel might be lacking which resulted in slower service.

What we greatly appreciated was that while the furnishings were traditional, the amenities were modern and contemporary. Owned by the biggest name in the antiques trade, mr. Majnu, who became a dear friend by the end of our stay, each spacious room is individually designed with artefacts reflecting its character. Alan at front desk and all members of staff were courteous and attentive, ever-ready to help. The location, on the waterfront, is in the heart of the old jew town of mattancherry, with the parades i synagogue and dutch palace a stone’s throw away. Its waterside restaurant is popular with in-house guests and walk-ins alike. Highly recommend this hotel!

The shuttle service to the airport was smooth upon late-night arrival, and the hotel was clean and beautiful. They also offered fruit service, which is convenient for late-night flights.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left quite disappointed. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because it advertised a swimming pool — something I specifically filtered for when making my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. There was no prior notice, no mention during check-in, and certainly no update when I made the reservation. It felt misleading and unprofessional, especially since the pool was one of the few leisure amenities offered. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but transparency is important. A simple heads-up before arrival or a temporary note on the website would have gone a long way. The rest of the stay was fine — the room was clean and the staff were polite — but the lack of honesty regarding available facilities really put a damper on the experience. If you’re booking specifically for certain amenities, I’d recommend double-checking with the hotel directly before confirming.
