The room was good. Clean, with a comfortable mattress. The food in the restaurant was delicious. However, the ventilation on the floor wasn't working, making it hard to breathe.

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

Had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The amenities were excellent — especially the pool, gym, and overall ambiance of the property. The staff were courteous and responsive, making the check-in and stay smooth. Food was quite good with a decent spread, though there’s slight room for improvement in variety. Location is perfect if you have work around Infopark, with easy access and minimal traffic hassle. Overall, a great option for both business and family stays. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

We stayed at Radisson Blu, Ernakulam as part of an event conducted at the hotel itself. We had booked two rooms—one for triple occupancy and another for double. Both rooms were neat and clean; the triple occupancy room was quite spacious, while the double room was of average size. The bathrooms were well-maintained and came with bathtubs. The event hall booking and overall arrangements were handled by Ms. Sajila, who deserves special mention for her vibrant and dynamic personality. She was extremely friendly and ensured that every arrangement was executed flawlessly. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—delicious with a wide spread that was hard to count! The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

The hotel has come in the years. But super service and it's enough for a stop, it's walking in about 30 minutes.
