It's incredibly relaxing to sit in the room and gaze at the ocean. The complimentary hot spring tickets were such a great bonus – there are many pools, including an infinity pool where you can lie back and stargaze. Perfect for a vacation! 🏖️ Service: There's a butler service; they wait for you in the underground parking lot beforehand, and there's dedicated staff on the first basement floor waiting to escort guests upstairs and help with luggage. For check-out, you just hand the room card to the staff. The service is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, I had a very positive experience! I would especially like to highlight a staff member named Umar — he is very friendly, attentive, and caring. He always asks about your day and how you are feeling, and genuinely tries to help. This kind of service is rare. I have stayed in more than 15 hotels in China, and this was the first hotel where someone clearly explained which halal food I could eat. This was very important to me and truly appreciated. If you are choosing a hotel, I highly recommend this one. They really care about their guests, and thanks to people like Umar, you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. The service staff are enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out are efficient. The breakfast offers a rich variety and tastes great. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Wenling.

I checked in late at night, and there was a minor issue at first, but Managers He and Li Kaibin were quick to respond and offered a very satisfactory solution. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely come back next time. The overall experience was great, the breakfast was plentiful, and it's very close to the North Gate. Highly recommended!

We were satisfied with the room, and the kids were the happiest because we booked a family room with bunk beds. The room was clean, and the toiletries for the kids were provided. The bathroom had double sinks, which was thoughtful. Perhaps because it's the off-season, there weren't many guests at the hotel. Breakfast was ordered at check-in and delivered to the room. The breakfast restaurant was closed, but dinner was available. We ate at a nearby cultural fishing village, which was very nice, about a 10-minute drive away. The Fantawild Adventure park next door was surprisingly empty these past two days; all the rides were available immediately without queuing, practically like we had the park to ourselves. We could easily go back two or three times. However, some rides have specific opening hours; not all are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There weren't many food options inside the park. We ordered a bowl of beef noodles from Chen Balang for 78 yuan, and I think there was also a KFC. It should have been enough to fill us up. Because it's the off-season, many restaurants and small shops were closed, making the whole park feel a bit deserted.

I saw this hotel highly recommended online for its great ambiance, so I had to see it for myself. As soon as we drove up, I could tell it was huge. The lobby is spacious and tall, and there's a Shenxianju tourist center right next door. The hotel itself looks beautiful, and the room was clean, cozy, and very new, complete with a bathtub and a small balcony. We also had the buffet breakfast, which was incredibly rich with a wide variety of delicious options, and the hot dishes were kept warm. The front desk lady, Lior, was also very enthusiastic. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

The package voucher booked can be used after the holiday. The price is affordable and the room type is upgraded. The accompanying dinner is much more cost-effective than a la carte. The ingredients are fresh and taste great. The complimentary fruits and good night desserts are also delicious. The breakfast is also very rich, and there are local special snacks. The location is excellent, right next to the Guoqing Temple scenic area. To see the Shiliang Waterfall, Huading Azalea and other scenic spots, you only need to walk to the tourist center. There are special buses to take you there, which is very convenient for transfers. It's just that the road is dark at night, and there are no fun and good restaurants nearby, so it's not suitable for going out, but the hotel has arranged a variety of activities, and the food is also very good😋

The room was large and new! It's on a high floor, giving you a panoramic view of everything below. Highly recommended! You'll need to ask the front desk for toiletries, just give them a call and they'll bring them up. If you run out of water, just ask for more! A special shout-out to Eva for her very patient service. The location is fantastic, right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju. The courtyard itself is beautiful, and you can continue to admire the various unique peaks of the Shenxianju scenic area from within the property. The facilities are a bit dated, but the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded me to a king-size room near my elderly companion, which was convenient for looking after them. For that alone, it deserves a good review! It was very quiet for sleeping, and breakfast was plentiful. The only minor drawback is that dining is limited to the hotel's restaurant; otherwise, you'd have to drive quite a distance. However, the food at the restaurant is delicious.

When I checked in, I realized my booking didn't include breakfast. Since it wasn't a holiday, I asked the front desk if they could arrange two breakfasts for us. The staff just flat out told me, 'We haven't provided complimentary breakfast for over half a year, so no.' I was thinking, 'Wow, that's quite a stance!' At other five-star hotels I've stayed at, as long as it's not a holiday, a simple request to the front desk for two breakfasts is usually accommodated – we wouldn't even ask during holidays. Their 'we haven't served breakfast in six months' line genuinely made me chuckle sarcastically. I didn't bother arguing further. They didn't even upgrade our room. Honestly, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and the staff's attitude was just something else.
