Thoughtful butler service: The butler was very attentive. If we couldn't find our way, they'd come to pick us up. They'd also prepare the hot spring bath for us in advance if we wanted. Afternoon tea and breakfast could be delivered to the room, which was perfect for those who like to relax. Facilities: The giant screen for movies was amazing, the private hot spring had a great view, and the public areas were also beautiful and perfect for photos.

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the top pick I painstakingly chose from a dozen five-star/diamond hotels in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village a month in advance! It excels in showcasing meticulous care and attention to detail in every aspect. First, let's talk about the hardware. The location is superb, right near the West Gate viewing platform, with the sightseeing shuttle stop just downstairs. Transportation is incredibly convenient. Perched on high ground, it offers panoramic views of the Miao Village, and the 270-degree viewing platform ensures stunning photos from any angle – even better than some popular Instagrammable cafes. The 68-square-meter room is exceptionally spacious, a rare find. The huge scenic balcony, oversized soaking tub, and super comfortable sofa area perfectly cater to those who just want to relax and unwind at the hotel. The room is equipped with high-end amenities like a Marshall speaker, Dyson hairdryer, and Le Labo toiletries, all adding a touch of class. The hotel's overall design is also very appealing and aesthetically pleasing, which I truly appreciate. Given the quality of the hardware, especially the balcony room with the tub, the pricing offers excellent value for money. While hardware sets the baseline, the soft services truly elevate the hotel experience. This hotel genuinely provides end-to-end butler service, which greatly reduced travel worries and instilled a sense of ease. The day before check-in, they proactively contacted me to confirm my arrival time at the Miao Village, added me on WeChat to send helpful tips, and then created a service group on the day of arrival. They were incredibly responsive to all our needs, from dining to transportation and any room-related questions. I was particularly touched by the baggage porter who tirelessly carried all our luggage from the entrance of the Miao Village to our room upon arrival, and then again from the room to the drop-off point when we left – a huge help! Furthermore, the detailed introduction upon arrival helped us avoid many pitfalls (like advising against taking the small path over the Wind-Rain Bridge to dine on the other side). Finally, let's discuss the dining. This was actually one of the primary reasons I chose this hotel. I compared breakfast photos from over a dozen hotels, and I can conservatively say that this hotel's breakfast, in terms of nutritional balance and thoughtfulness, is definitely in the top three. My friend asked if breakfast was that important, but breakfast is just one indicator; it's a small detail that reflects the overall excellence in all other aspects. From unlimited all-day beverages to afternoon tea, the mini-bar, and breakfast, the quality was consistently excellent. They also offered prompt room service for breakfast. The afternoon tea portions were generous, and the nuts were roasted to a delightful crisp. The boiled and fried eggs at breakfast were perfectly cooked, with a slightly runny yolk. The sparkling water and coconut water were both high-quality, reputable brands. Starting the day with a bowl of light yet flavorful minced pork rice noodles was an absolute delight. Although Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, as a whole, felt a bit like an overly commercialized 'photography hotspot' (which can be a drawback for those not interested in photoshoots), and the environment was a tad noisy, staying at this hotel and enjoying the scenic views at a relaxed pace was an extremely pleasant and relaxing experience.

This hotel is located in Longtang Miao Village, nestled independently on a mountain outside the village. The drive up can be a bit challenging. The hotel perfectly embodies a 'wild luxury' style, and the room views are impeccable. It's operated by the villagers, meaning the income directly benefits the local community. A staff member will meet you at the hotel parking lot for transfers, and an uncle will help with luggage to your room or the front desk. The hotel's dinner is also excellent; the local rice field fish and river snails were memorable, and the cured pork was absolutely fantastic. Overall, this hotel is a true paradise for relaxation and quiet contemplation. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It has its own public observation deck with an incredible view, so there's no need to go to a separate scenic viewpoint. The balcony in our room was also perfect for photos! It's super close to Wind-Rain Bridge No. 1, about 400 meters away, which is really convenient. The hotel facilities are well-equipped; they even provide disposable face towels and bath towels. The staff are all wonderful; they patiently answered all our questions, and you can really feel their sincerity and kindness! Before we even arrived, the hotel proactively contacted us and helped with our luggage. The restaurant recommended by one of the staff members was excellent too! The hotel breakfast was very extensive, and they even offered a complimentary afternoon tea. If you're coming to the Miao Village, I highly recommend this place – it will save you a lot of time!

Facilities: Honestly, for a village setting, I'm quite satisfied with the facilities; they're pretty much on par with what you'd find in the city, and they're well-maintained. Cleanliness: Generally satisfactory. Service: From check-in and explaining the experiences, to every inquiry at the front desk and requests, everything was handled promptly. They even escorted us to the shuttle bus stop at check-out. Rebirth Bar (two designated cocktails): Tried it. Batik Handicraft Experience: Kids would enjoy this even more. Miao Traditional Costume Experience: Free rental to take photos at the scenic spot. Overall, while it's pricier than other guesthouses or hotels, personally, I think it's worth it. After all, a trip to the Miao village is a rare treat, and who knows when I'll be back. The photo is of the view outside the window.

This was a very warm and comfortable stay! **Amenities:** The room was very spacious, equipped with smart devices. We received a complimentary fruit platter and drinks daily, and from the window, we could see the most beautiful scenery of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. The only minor inconvenience was that there's no elevator to the fourth floor, but the staff explained this issue. **Cleanliness:** The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. **Environment:** Getting to the guesthouse from the west gate was a bit of a journey, but the staff's excellent and thoughtful service really helped alleviate any travel fatigue. The lobby was cozy, offering brown sugar ginger tea, fruits, roasted sweet potatoes, candies, coffee, and drinks. The guesthouse is located halfway up the mountain, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and exploring. You can enjoy yourself late into the night, as the area is brightly lit. **Service:** The staff patiently guided us on our touring routes. My child left items downstairs twice, and each time the front desk staff collected and returned them.

I don't usually write reviews, but I highly recommend this hotel. It gave my best friend and me an unforgettable trip. First, the shuttle service was superb. We took the wrong turn, and the young man patiently waited for us the whole time, thoughtfully helping us find charging spots and carrying our luggage – amazing! Second, the accommodation environment was fantastic. I always thought hotels in tourist areas were all pretty much the same, but this hotel's infinity pool (though we didn't go in, it was incredibly photogenic, but I can't post pictures because someone was with us), the hotel's large terrace, and the adjacent rooftop bar were all very stylish and photogenic. My favorite was the window-side bathtub – who could resist soaking in it with my best friend, enjoying a late-night snack, and drinking while watching the Miao village's night view? The most amazing thing was the service. Honestly, the point of travel is to relax and have fun. The staff were all so warm and attentive. They thoughtfully upgraded our room (we were so happy!), the toiletries were Bulgari, the hairdryer was Dyson, and the pastries and drinks were exquisite… They even offered complimentary evening desserts. If we need anything, the young man patiently brings slippers and bottled water in the middle of the night, and a delicious and nutritious breakfast can be delivered to our room... If I ever visit Xijiang Miao Village again, this hotel will be a must-visit for us.
