"Location: Situated at the must-see intersection in Kaili, the hotel is conveniently located. Aside from a 15-minute drive to the village, major shopping malls, the Silver Jewelry City, and the Zhongbo Food Street are all within a 400-500 meter walk. The hotel has its own parking lot; the front desk registers your license plate number upon check-in, ensuring smooth parking afterwards. (I secretly glanced at the hotel's parking fees, and I must say, parking in Guizhou is really expensive! Luckily, the hotel offers free parking!) Service: Why start with the service? Because it was absolutely fantastic! We arrived at 11 am, and many rooms were still available, so they upgraded us to a suite. The suite had a bedroom, living room, and a balcony with a view! What a pleasant surprise! They also have a robot for food delivery, and a cleaning lady brings any items missing from the room! Once, I needed cotton swabs, and the cleaning lady, not knowing what kind I needed and not wanting to bother me by asking again, brought me a whole pack of cotton swabs and several iodine-soaked cotton swabs! So thoughtful!!! Rooms and Facilities: The rooms were spacious and had a local flair. The bathroom was roomy with two sinks for two people to wash up separately. The bedding was comfortable, but the only downside was the pillows were too soft and all were low. I suggest adding a firm/high pillow option for those who don't like soft pillows. The room had a refrigerator, safe, scale, hairdryer, etc.—everything you could need. Breakfast: This deserves special praise. For the price, the breakfast selection was amazing, with great taste! It catered to various tastes and included local specialties! The rice noodles, flat rice noodles, and noodle stalls were delicious! The toppings changed daily; I tried spicy chicken, braised pork belly, dry-pot beef, minced meat, and crispy pork cracklings! Every single one was delicious! There were also many side dishes and accompaniments to choose from. For steamed dish lovers, they even had Shefan (a type of rice dish)!!! And then there was even glutinous rice chicken, haha! It truly offered a diverse range of flavors. In short, this hotel has become one of my favorite hotels, and I will definitely stay here again next time I come!"

The hotel was very clean, and I loved the smart toilet (it was truly smart!). There was also a bathtub, and when I opened the window, the beautiful Miao village appeared before my eyes. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant."

"This hotel is located outside the scenic area, which means no constant uphill and downhill treks like those staying inside (I saw many young people struggling with their luggage up and down the slopes in the scenic area). The unlimited shuttle service between the hotel and the North Gate of the scenic area is incredibly convenient. I also loved the unlimited refills of freshly ground coffee, which was a real treat! The service was warm and attentive. This hotel truly deserves to be a top choice."

"The room was clean, tidy, spacious and bright, with no odors. The location was also easy to find, with indoor parking available. The hotel also provided free shuttle service to the entrance of the scenic area. Most importantly, there's an elevator, so I didn't have to worry about stairs. I highly recommend their dry pot beef; it's delicious and reasonably priced. It was a great stay. Highly recommended. [Applause][Applause][Applause]"

"The hotel is very close to popular spots like Pigsty Cafe; you can access them right from the back exit. The front desk also offers great views. The Chinese breakfast is quite substantial, and best of all, the hotel is right on the street, so no strenuous stair climbing is needed. The staff at the front desk are also super helpful and can book VIP transportation for you, which is very convenient."

"This hotel probably boasts the best location in the entire Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. Our room had a fantastic balcony view, overlooking the entire village. It's incredibly close to the Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village observation deck, just a few dozen meters away, so you can pop over anytime. Dining options nearby are also very convenient; you can take the stairs down to Fengyu Bridge No. 5. The hotel's service, hygiene, and facilities were all excellent. The Marshall speaker in the room had superb sound quality. The hotel's shuttle service was great, with staff guiding us and helping with luggage. The afternoon tea offered a wide variety and a beautiful view. The hotel has two buildings, each with its own observation deck, featuring many great spots for photos. When we returned to the hotel at night, there was a complimentary sweet soup prepared for us, and the mini-bar had free Coke and Sprite. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village."

"The rooms were clean and hygienic, with a large open-air viewing platform offering a wide and beautiful view! There's a swimming pool, perfect for children. The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, and the owner was very kind, arranging for someone to pick up our luggage from the No. 6 Wind and Rain Bridge. We only needed to drag our suitcases a few hundred meters. The owner also informed us about some tourist attractions and local specialties when we checked in! After spending two days exploring the Miao village, I truly appreciate the hotel's excellent location! Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village is definitely worth a visit!"

"There was no water in the room at first, and then the hot water came intermittently, sometimes there and sometimes not. I told the front desk, but the front desk replied that it was impossible, and they were reluctant to change rooms. They told me that it would be noisy if I changed rooms, and there were no other rooms to arrange (in fact, the room was not full). In the end, although the water was not hot, we didn't want to change rooms, so we just stayed there. There was no wifi in the subsequent room, and the front desk insisted that it was the room number. I went to the front desk, and the front desk replied that you definitely can't connect to the front desk (I couldn't connect to the front desk before I asked the front desk), and the attitude was always distrustful. Later, I asked a technician to check it out, and the wifi name was not the room number at all. I originally chose the hotel because it was endorsed by the Guizhou Cultural Tourism and Government, but the service was so bad. When the guest raised a problem, the front desk's first reaction was that the guest was talking nonsense, and there was no solution. I hope to strengthen the professional training of the front desk, which is really too black."

"The hotel's location was a bit hard to find, and the navigation was inaccurate. Gaode Maps might be more precise. The air conditioning was very noisy and the fan speed couldn't be adjusted. Even though the control panel showed the lowest fan speed, it was completely unresponsive, frequently starting and stopping with whooshing sounds. The front desk said it's a central AC system, so it can't be controlled. The breakfast area downstairs was a bit warm. Although the room booking included afternoon tea, it wasn't offered proactively; you had to ask for it. Other than that, everything else was good. The room was spacious and had an artistic vibe."

We booked a family room for four people, and both beds were large doubles. At other hotels, one bed might be 1.8m and the other 1.3m, which is too small. The room was newly renovated, clean, and hygienic. It was fully smart, clean, and tidy. The service was great, and breakfast was included. I highly recommend booking this hotel."

"The view is beautiful, the cats adorable and the rooms are pretty comfortable. There’s just a LOT of stairs. A good 10-15 mins walk up which at the end of a long travel day can feel like a lot. The hotel is nice though and will send someone down to help carry your luggage up! Once you’re up the view is worth it! Nice during the day and night"
