"A well appointed Hotel of the highest standard. Rooms are a good size amazing views overlooking DaLat City centre all the way out to the mountains. Spectacular views. Breakfast is of the highest standard and there is a lot of choice. Different meats, vegetable dishes, excellent omelette and sunny eggs station, coffees ☕️, tea 🍵, fruit selection, fresh pastries ..everything included 😋. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Concierge staff are on hand to help with anything - even operating the photo booth (Duc Nguyen in the hotel lobby was awesome and nothing was too much effort 👌). They have a fun photo booth and guests can use for free. Large reception area is very tastefully decorated ( had Christmas decorations ). All the staff are very helpful and friendly (and they speak English as well which is super helpful) Highly recommend this hotel if you come to DaLat. I would stay here again without hesitation."

"I had very high expectations but got quite irritated by front desk demanding to see my Visa. I told them that I entered legally and they are not immigration. This really bothered me as none of the hotels every asked such bureaucratic and annoying question. Worse than in China. Room 101 seems the worst, has a window with a curtain facing the public area and sure enough before 8 am some staff needed to clip dead leaves while I had no privacy. Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep as well as relentless guest noises from the elevator at 5am, poor sound insulation. Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of culinary delights. Well done, The rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful, fruits and coffee machine in the modern and tastefully appointed room made up for some of the frustrations. Please stop the irritating visa question, it spoiled my mood considerably. I would have otherwise given a perfect score."

"The room was very nice, stylish and clean. Location is not very far from the night market (we found the short cut.) but it was the most quite room we had in Vietnam. Service was very appreciated. Staffs were very nice and caring. Amenities were far from standard, such as facial masks and Chinese tea in the room, offer artichoke tea while we were sitting in the lobby area. Just 1 minus was no airconditioning in the room so it was a bit warm in the evening since our room got some sun, but it was cool during the night."

"The hotel is a little far from the city center, so it was quiet and the heating and cooling were good. One downside is that it is an instantaneous water heater, so if you don't shower quickly, cold water comes out. Breakfast was okay, so don't expect much. I slept comfortably."

"The hotel has been renovated recently and they did a great job. The decor is very tasteful and well done. The only issues were with location and breakfast. It’s a little out of the way and the restaurant is small so we had to sit upstairs. The tables were not set and it means walking up and down stairs to get food. We got a discount rate and it was worth it, at full price I’d want a little more. The heated pool was a nice feature but we didn’t use it, wish I had."

"The best hotel in Dalat! The hotel itself is very beautiful as well as outside and inside. The lobby is just wow!, very stylish and once you get there it’s inviting you to sit, relax and have some drinks there! The hotel located in very quite area, so if you are light sleeper like me it’s a perfect choice. Many nice hotels in Dalat are located next to the busy roads and do not have soundproofing (even if they say they have it), so it’s very hard to sleep there. Mercure is soooo quiet! All the rooms located in the villas at the backyard of the hotel ( behind the main building). All villas are designed in the French style, so once you step there it feels like you ve been teleported in the old France, though all the buildings are new. The nice little thing that makes you feel very relaxed is the French music (chanson) playing on the territory. The room was quite big and very nice decorated in the French- indochine style. It made me feel very comfortable like I m not in the hotel, but in my granny’s house☺️ In the evenings with the lighting the hotel looks very romantic. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The problem of the most hotels in Dalat in rainy season - the humidity. Unlike many hotels Mercure has air-con in the rooms, so there is no humidity. Breakfast has a lot of options - Vietnamese and Western food. You wont stay hungry. Also I d like to highlight the hotel staff and management. They work by high European standards providing the best service. The only sad thing about my stay - 2 nights in this amazing place were not enough to enjoy my time there. If I ever come again to Dalat, I ll choose Mercure."

"We stayed for a night in Muadalat wellness hotel, and we loved it so much! The hotel design is so pretty, the room is clean and comfy and the staffs are cute and friendly 😊 we love that they let us to choose the fragrance of the shampoo, we chose green tea and it smells really good! I have a hunble suggestion: it would be lovely if you include some aroma oil in the room, so it smells nice and relaxing too! :) Besides, it was a plus point that this hotel does offer some wellness workshop, we participate a yoga therapy for neck and shoulder, the session is friendly for beginner and it was great and help us to relax our tense neck and muscles. Thanks to the friendly trainer, we enjoyed a morning yoga like this :) We would love to stay in Muadalat wellness hotel again if we have the chance to visit Dalat again in future:)"
