This is a brand new home in the Summercamp Beach community. It includes access to the resort-style clubhouse and pool, as well as two miles of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax.The resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc. This home is dog friendly! The pet fee covers a deep cleaning required after any pets to ensure maximum cleanliness for the next guest. Please respect local leash laws, but feel free to bring your furry friend to the pet friendly beach. A maximum of two dogs allowed.The main house features four bedrooms, each one with a queen-sized bed. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the upstairs den, which sleep an additional four guests. A total of 12 guests in the main house. This property also features a carriage house with game room and additional livingroom. The carriage house includes a ping pong table and other games for guests to enjoy! The carriage house sleeps an additional six (one bedroom with queen bed and two sleeper sofas in the livingroom). The gated resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc. Summercamp features two miles of private beach and over 12 beach access points. Morning walks along the community boardwalks are a must! The surrounding areas are truly an escape from a busy life. You won't find any traffic and wait lists for restaurants. This LOWER SPACE IS ACCESSED SEPARATELY FROM THE UPSTAIRS through two private doors, one at the front of the house and one through the car port. There are two single over double bunk beds with en suite bathroom off the game room with large 50" screen smart TV, stereo, ping pong and Foosball tables. The open concept kitchen, living and dining rooms can be enjoyed by the whole family. The fun, whimsical decore will put a smile an everyone's face. The new sofa folds out into a queen size bed if extra sleeping space is needed. PLEASE NOTE: There are three exterior security cameras. One covers the hot tub, one the east driveway and the other covers the west end and street side of the home.
