The hotel is in a very quiet and scenic place. Everything was great and wonderful for us during our stay. Snow bed, clean pool, polite and smiling staff. The only minus is that we have not yet returned the $78 deposit we paid when settled. It has not been possible to contact the hotel on this issue. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had reservations in a nearby restaurant and wanted to be close. Overall, the hotel stay was fine. Quiet and mostly clean. There was a bit of dried up food on the TV stand that I wiped down myself. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating but came off a bit “cold” as if helping me was a chore. The Starbucks lady(staff) was overwhelmed. She was the only person taking orders and ringing up customers. I wish that everyone can simply be kind and cordial or choose not to work in customer service.
