酒店很老了，北方地區酒店樓層少，每層房間很多，因此到樓層後要走很遠。房間很乾凈，打掃也很及時。

Stayed here one night. Perfectly fine visit. Parking was complimentary and ample. Lobby was VERY loud with people at the bar--so loud the front desk person had to shout--but thankfully that noise did not carry into guest areas. Front desk staff were polite and welcoming at both check-in and check-out. Room was spacious and clean; it featured the older Marriott decor, but everything was comfortable and in good working order. Plugs were ample and accessible. A good visit overall; I'd return if in the area.

Super clean room. Not a bit of dust. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping always came really quick. I would definitely stay here again. Gave 4 stars because the apple juice was very tart, which is usually never the case. The apple juice is actually one of my favorite parts of staying in a hotel.

This Marriott is always great. It does host a lot of tournament teams and my daughter used to play club sports so, I appreciate having to corral kids. This is the first time in the hotel that the girls were so loud (Cheer team) well past midnight and the mothers were almost worse, drunk off their gord. I almost called but just stepped out and shushed them. The staff is always accommodating and room always clean. More eco friendly. Kept my used towels this time. Usually, despite hanging them like I should they always get taken away with fresh ones. Glad they left my hardly used towels

The room sizes were big, the staff was great and it was conveniently located near restaurants and downtown Naperville.

My conference there was amazing! The catering service was fantastic. The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and on point with service. The bar at night for dinner was a bit slow for taking orders. They got my order wrong, but it was still good. The beds were comfortable. The shower was excellent with good water pressure.

Pros: Super friendly front desk staff! Location is very good - close to many restaurants and shopping options; Overall pretty clean and nice. Cons: We found blood stains on the fitted sheet: pretty sure they were NOT from myself! Ewwww…..I called to request new bedding. Front desk was very nice and the bed was made when we were back from our day out. BUT, this was so weird: found the exact same stain just at a different location of the bed!! Apparently the housekeeper only rotated that sheet, instead of replacing it! WHY?! I simply couldn’t understand! Another pain of the room was that the AC unit is as loud as a jet engine! Seriously startling if you are already asleep. And it doesn’t heat well either! To be able to sleep well, we had to keep the room at a lower temperature and I had to use extra blankets…even with a lower temperature setting it still started up several times per night and my sleep was interrupted several times! :(
