My entire stay was first class. The location is central and close to major venues in downtown. The lobby and common spaces were very clean. The gym and pool were amazing, clean, and top tier. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would definitely return to the Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta.

The hotel has a good environment and convenient transportation, but there is no breakfast

Kasa is located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the entire Amli apartment building. The room is large and the view is great. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a folding comb bed in the living room. There is a kitchen for cooking, coffee and tea are provided, a washing machine dryer is provided and laundry capsules are provided. Although in down town, it is not noisy and it is convenient to go anywhere. Very close to Trader Joe, you can buy ingredients to cook for yourself, or you can eat in many restaurants nearby. Very suitable for two or three people in the family, must choose next time you go to Austin.

Stayed before our flight back from Austin. Free shuttle to and from airport which we used after returning the rental car and to get to the airport for the flight. Lovely hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Used the pool at 7.30pm, it is quite shallow but was warm . Everything was clean, there was a fridge, coffee machine and bottled water in the room as well as usual things like hairdryer and iron.

Good location in the downtown area. The hotel is new. You need to become a hotel member (register at the counter) to receive complimentary water, which I didn’t know on my first night. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good.

Consistently lovely hotel with consistently good service. The juevos rancheros I ordered and had delivered to my room were incredibly good! And the coffee was nice and strong ….. glad I asked for extra cream and sugars ! Great location near the Arboretum stores and shops at the Domain . Also close to Whole Foods, H‑E‑B grocery store, Gateway movie theater, and lots of good restaurants, many within walking distance.. Large rooms, bathroom stocked with Aveda products. (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap for hands) was a very nice touch! The only thing I didn’t like was they have recently started charging for self parking in their uncovered lot ….. I paid $20 on 1/31/24. I don’t like that at all. Just put the price in your room rate and say free parking!

Booked a two-night stay at the Citizen M Hotel in Austin on Trip.com , the hotel is conveniently located in the core area of the city. The lobby is on the second floor, an open space that integrates reception hall, book bar, bar and co-office functions. It is full of design and full of artistic atmosphere. Check-in and check-out are self-service. The interior of the room is equipped with modern intelligent control system, and all the facilities in the room can be controlled by the tablet by the bed, with a modern and artistic atmosphere. The disadvantage is that the room is small; The hotel does not have a parking lot. I booked the opposite Indeed Tower basement for two nights for $75; I asked for the second bath towel towel. The hotel asked us to throw the one we wanted to change underground. It felt a little unhygienic. We still threw it in the shower.

The security is good and the facilities are also very good. I will stay here again next time. The price is very cost-effective. Parking is also very convenient. The stay experience is very good.

Watch out, if youre not a Hilton card member holder, they dont serve well. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash they have at the bathroom, requested toothbrush at 8am and was told itll take 30mins as there was no housekeeping on duty. Also, we were stucked at the parking elevator as we head out.

My stay at the Austin Southpark Hotel was perfect. Please advise senior management they have all their ducks in a row. The lobby was fantastic, the recessed bar was an interesting touch, and the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. Breakfast twice at the restaurant was just what I needed to start the day. Restaurant staff were also courteous, and the breakfast was prepared properly. The room was clean as expected with all the amenities. The next time I am in Austin I will definitely return.
