GGuest UserOur stay was fantastic! The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food at the lobby restaurant was absolutely delicious, with high-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is wonderfully quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect escape. Truly one of the best places to stay in Baguio
GGuest UserGreat Stay – Highly Recommend!
I had a great experience staying at grand sierra. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!
PPhilip NgQuite a nice place and good for families to stay together in one property with 2 rooms. The living room and kitchen are quite big and can cook you own dinner if you want. The location is a bit hard to find and be careful not to mix up with other properties also called Prestige Vacation Apartments - with diff condo name.
GGuest UserI stayed at Azalea Residences Baguio and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, despite the hotel having a good and convenient location in Baguio.
The first issue happened during check-in. I was initially assigned a room that was not yet ready. I went up only to find that the room was still being prepared. I went back down to the front desk hoping they would immediately give me another available room. Instead, I was told that the room was ready but just needed to be checked by a supervisor. Since it was taking time, I decided to just go out and have lunch. When I came back, they eventually gave me a different room, which honestly could have been done from the start.
When I finally got to the room, the cleanliness was questionable. There was a water bottle left inside the fridge that likely belonged to the previous guest, and there were shoe marks visible on the tiles, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned.
The biggest issue for me was the Wi-Fi. Reliable internet is already a necessity nowadays. While the main connection might be strong, the signal extender or booster in the room appears very weak, causing frequent disconnections. Cellular signal inside the room is also poor, so guests rely heavily on Wi-Fi. Improving the Wi-Fi coverage would greatly improve the stay.
In terms of price, the hotel is around the average range for accommodations in Baguio—not particularly cheap but not luxury either. Considering the issues I experienced, there are many Airbnb options and other hotels in Baguio that may offer better value for the price.
The location is definitely a plus, but overall the stay did not meet expectations.
GGuest UserThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.
AAnonymous UserMabait and accommodating ang may and staff ng condo. Yun lang nagbabara ang bowl mahirap magbawas. 🥹 pero malinis naman ang unit and okay din ang location.
KKang RichelThe unit was clean, quiet, and spacious, making it suitable for 3 to 4 guests. Amenities such as a refrigerator, cooking ware, and basic kitchen utensils were available, which was very convenient. The host was responsive and replied promptly whenever we had questions, which was appreciated.
The location is a bit far from the main road and city center, but it is a good option for those who prefer a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Check-in was smooth overall, though the front desk staff was not very welcoming and when I mentioned my unit number, she did not assist or guide us, not even to show where the lift was.
Aside from that, there were no issues with the unit. The host also reached out and let us know to inform her if we needed anything for our comfort.
AAnonymous UserOur stay at Kamiseta Hotel in Baguio was truly delightful! The cozy atmosphere and charming decor made us feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our visit. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet serene and peaceful. The breakfast was a treat, offering a variety of delicious options. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning!
GGuest UserThe hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.
