SShangxianyuekuangThis is the most satisfying hotel during our trip to Italy. We had an unforgettable trip to Tuscany here. The hotel is first-class in terms of scenery, service and food. Especially Paula, the girl who received us, was enthusiastic, professional and friendly like a family member or friend. I think I will come back here!

GGuest User出發前一個月無法取消，所以後來也沒入住，無法評論。雖然是民宿，希望還是能有取消的機制。後來參加一日遊有到錫耶納，如果喜歡安靜、郊區，可以考慮住宿，因為本人出遊不喜歡太安靜的景點，個人慶幸沒自駕到錫耶納，其實錫也納旅遊大概半天就足夠，不需要入住一晚。

__M1360257****It was such a pleasant experience to stay in Residenza d'Epoca Campo. I must give 5 stars to this very nice hotel,in terms of the location,deco,ambiance,room cleanses,superior view, food，especially the great services. The front desk girl,Sara, gave me a warm welcome,asked my preference on the breakfast and led me to the room,.When heard my planning trip to Bienza next day, She quickly made a search and confirmed me that there were no public bus service on Sunday.Later on, Sara helped me called restaurant to reserve dinner and hotel in Bienza to book a room with discount.Put every things together,I felt lucky to choose this hotel and extended one more night with no hesitation.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

Aazhi我的兩個房間是連通的，非常好，適合一家三口。幾百年的老房子裝修的像宮殿一樣，住在裏面別有一番風味。早餐是點餐的，比較豐富，在宮殿的大客廳裏面吃，太有感覺了。距離錫耶納大教堂衹有二三百米，實在是太方便了。我們在開放的最後一天，看到了錫耶納大教堂的地板畫，非常驚艷。住宿客人留言簿裏面都一致好評。唯一遺憾是，被子不是被套裝着被芯的，而是一張床單上面放着一張毯子，毯子似乎很長時間沒洗了，蓋起來有點不舒服。

We arrived at around 9 o'clock in the evening, no one, no lighting outside, black lights blindly found the room according to the guidelines, the room is different from the hotel picture, the difference is very big. Check out the next day, did not see a staff member

ZZhuzhuIt’s my second time to come to Siena. I highly recommend staying in the ancient city. The scenery is so beautiful. You can reach Piazza della Concha within a few minutes’ walk. If you come here next time, you’ll stay here again. There are taxis on the right after you come out of the Siena train station. , it is very convenient to take a taxi to the hotel. When leaving, the boss will help call a taxi, and the hotel can provide parking spaces! The breakfast is also good, and the scenery outside the room can be taken as a postcard

The living room is spacious and bright, and the kitchen utensils are all available. Good location, just near the cathedral, convenient to go anywhere. We booked a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, very convenient
