We absolutely loved this little guesthouse.
It is located in the centre of Modena in a beautiful building. Rooms and breakfast room are fantastic. Heating is available which is a big plus as well.
Manager Benedetta is also really nice and could be easily reach in WhatsApp.

Maxim_KVery good hotel, parking on the neighboring streets is free (give a card), up to the central 10 minutes walk, the room is large, the bathroom is normal, all not tired, breakfast is very delicious, recommended.
