Room is quite reasonable with a big and comfortable double bed. However, the bathroom toilet is quite limited with a tiny shower place separated by the glass door. Facilities included a small swimming pool downstairs which is good to relax. Water dispensers along the corridor provides drinking water, a plus! Hotel is immediately next to the shopping mall Citylink and many good restaurants around, so eating is not an issue at all.

The location is nice since it was near the braga street. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I even can have my online shopping parcel send there few days before arrive there

However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for a short trip and had a good overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a decent variety and the hotel location made it easy to get around the city. A solid choice for a comfortable stay in Bandung.

Stayed with 3 people, chose the twin room (beds pushed together). It was decent, not too cramped. The only downside was the bathroom; it's still old-fashioned and doesn't have an exhaust fan, so it gets damp and a bit smelly after a shower. Plus, it seems like they never check if the soap/shampoo runs out because it was never refilled from the start.

The hotel's decor clearly shows a sense of grandeur, and the environment is beautiful. However, it's a shame that the rooms are in need of maintenance. The room door was completely broken and couldn't be locked, only the security chain could be used. The bathroom door was also completely broken and couldn't be closed.
