Room is quite reasonable with a big and comfortable double bed. However, the bathroom toilet is quite limited with a tiny shower place separated by the glass door. Facilities included a small swimming pool downstairs which is good to relax. Water dispensers along the corridor provides drinking water, a plus! Hotel is immediately next to the shopping mall Citylink and many good restaurants around, so eating is not an issue at all.

didnt take pics of hotels or rooms. Incident started when room type weve reserved was full-booked and they upgraded to room that they said was bigger. But when we arrived, it wasnt queen bed as requested (single beds were pushed together to the middle) and smells so bad like sweat or damp towels and body odor mixed. Called reception, they tried to convinced us, but unfortunately couldnt stand the smell, asking again to the reception desk and sent to new room which was an upgraded one, they said. It was bigger. Bath tub couldnt be used since it leaked. Food was okay. Tasted bold. Staffs were nice. Overall handled okay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Merdeka Bandung. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to get around, find food, and explore Bandung’s attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially liked the city view and the overall cleanliness of the room. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, Oakwood Merdeka offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere in the middle of the city. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bandung.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel's decor clearly shows a sense of grandeur, and the environment is beautiful. However, it's a shame that the rooms are in need of maintenance. The room door was completely broken and couldn't be locked, only the security chain could be used. The bathroom door was also completely broken and couldn't be closed.

Location is superb at Jln Chiampelas, walking distace to numerous restaurant/mall and souvenirs outlets. Many choices available for breakfast and definitely will stay again in future

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

This hotel boasts a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Bandung Asia-Africa Conference Museum and the Grand Mosque. It also features a swimming pool and a small gym, making it a good choice for those who like to stay active. However, the restaurant service leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast gets chaotic with too many people, and while there are empty tables, they aren't cleared promptly, making it difficult to find a clean spot to eat. I hope the hotel considers adding more staff to improve the restaurant service.
