GGuest UserThe best was its location to the Sanctuary of Lourdes ant its closeness to shops & restaurants. The room was a huge size for 2. Bed was comfortable, carpet needs freshen up with shampoo. Toilet was roomy very clean. Worst - was no early check in consideration since there were no other customers checking in from 1200-1500h. Other five stars hotels were far more considerate in my experience. I just sat on the sofa, very unwelcoming reception. When you wanted to update on the news or watch drama no English channel. Hotels should cater to costumers needs not personalized for a country. Very frustrating. I might still recommend this place. There’s always a way for improvement.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and bright, the kitchen was very clean, the appliances were complete, the housekeeper was very enthusiastic, patiently explained to us, and helped us call a car, and handled late check-out.

XXIAOWENHotel very close to the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes! It is a pity that we arrived at the Paris High Speed Rail Station and found that the train stopped at that time! Did not be able to live in this hotel, but the photos are very good!
