Stort minus at man skal betale for at ligge på hotellets strandstole. Det burde være inkluderet, når det er hotellets egen stole!

GGuest UserThe service at the great reception, at the buffet breakfast was not so good, the girl we asked if please could make some tortillas we were looking would be and when we told her that there was no hot milk to put to coffee in the buffet I also looked at us very seriously and answered us quite dry, the other girl and the boy though very sympathetic. The room was not quite good, there were screws on the floor that had not been fresh and a lot of dust above the desk light.The location is great and the hotel is very beautiful.

GGuest UserLa habitación estaba lista temprano, la comida estaba muy buena y había variedad, opciones saludables de comidas . La piscina muy buena, aire acondicionado estupendo en la habitación. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Esta la playa al lado. Y 11 min en coche para ir al paseo san Jaume donde están las tiendas.

LLaura40 minutos antes de la hora de salida entró una limpiadora en nuestra habitación sin preguntar si había nadie ni llamar a la puerta. Me parece una falta de respeto total, yo aún estaba a medio vestir. Por lo demás perfecto, comida bien, instalaciones también, limpieza bien aunque si había algunas manchas naranjas en el bidet que frotando con el dedo salían, cosa que indica que no lo han limpiado muy a fondo... También, es un hotel familiar, lleno de niños. La piscina obviamente llena de niños también, si tienes hijos es buen sitio, si no puede agobiar un poco.
