"Hello...I really liked the hotel..the downside is the WiFi it was a bit poor get cutting out..the pool is more for exercises and kids..good sun trap..lift was a bit small but big enough for 5 to 6 people..ideal location for bars restaurants...food was brilliant everything you could ask for..will definitely come back"

"Good points location fantastic and that's it. Having to go to bar and feel like you are begging for them to cook you food as the snack for all inclusive people. We watch the videos on YouTube and the food was the decision we choice los angeles. I honestly think they change the food in September because the food was disgusting. Same things all bland and grey. Examples Tuesday was beef in gravy , Wednesday dinner and lunch was beef stew exactly same just carrots thrown in , Thursday they couldn't even try to name it just called it cow. Would have been so funny is we weren't so upset with place. Everyone we spoke had same problems lots food uncooked and bland disgusting food. Plates were never cleaned right. My wife even picked up a plate and underneath had a slice of cheese. Cigarette Ash one night. I could forgive every so often but every time we picked up a plate food scraps on them. 2 theme nights sweets and prawns. The line for cooked food was ridiculous and to enter restaurant. I would have hated to be there summer when it was really busy. Staff are so miserable never hardly speak to you just grunt. I hope the people that have been there same time as us put their reviews on . Sorry but the food and queuing as spoilt our anniversary holiday. Just to say too if you have trouble walking be careful because you get dropped off around the corner up the hill and have to go back there to be picked up."

"The set up for sunbeds at this hotel is ridiculous the doors to the pool open at 10am people cue from 9am then others just run past the for a bed… my daughter 14 years old was pushed to the ground one day then my wife and daughter were verbally abused on other day we also witnessed to major arguments in the week this should be a managed and fair system by the hotel not a free for all the pool itself is quite small for a hotel of the size epically when floaties and several ball games are taking place… The pool food at the hotel isn’t bad tho the burgers aren’t beef that put some people Off the pizzas are nice but have to pay had the price on all inclusive the drink selection in the hotel is good… Breakfast food is usually stone cold the sausage and bacon the dinners at night where nice most nights I usually ate from the chef cooking on the hot plate as I like my food cooked fresh… the aircon in the room is useless and no kettle to make tea and coffee the hotel is in a good location and kept relatively clean over all it’s a decent hotel with decent staff but nowhere near 4 star!!! And needs a major chance regarding sunbeds I would not stay here again without reform to the pool policy’s"
