"Do not stay here!!!! Had to change room due to a cockroach infestation in the room. Then the kids club is exclusive to tui customers so my son got refused although I booked it as there was a kids club. And then the final straw was ther apartments are full to the brim with 18 year olds partying f and causing chaos. As soon as. One group go there is another group just as quick check in. Not suitable for families at all!!!"

"Went for a week half board. Hotel beautiful and clean, but food was always cold with not much choice. Staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful. Would recommend you don't go between June and September as hotel is full of Spanish school kids causing havic."

"The hotel is quite good, the rooms are quite large, the beds are comfortable and the balcony has very nice views. But there are some things to improve in terms of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, since, for example, the door did not close. Also where the soap was placed was quite rusty. As for everything else, very good. I would highlight the pools, for children they are very fun since there are various slides, in addition to a large pool for adults."

"The menu is very limited and very repetitive, the same at lunchtime as at dinnertime. The beds are very small and the mattresses are very hard. The cleaning is terrible, sand in the shower and lots of fluff on the floor. The good thing is the location and the pool is fine."

"Hotel El Paso is close to the park. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant selection is quite extensive, but having only 1 hour for dinner or 40 minutes for breakfast is not enough, especially if you are going with children. There are also long queues to get hot food, so I didn't like that at all. However, it is worth it if you spend two days in the park."

"Hotel ok with entertainment, lovely seating areas and terrace, great bar, reasonable prices. Good pools. Food not good, my party all got either food poisoning or a very nasty bug, ill for 3 days as were other guests, reported to the hotel but felt ignored. Restaurants opened at 19.30 and everyone went at the same time, long queues for food and often cold, cold plates. Rooms ok but the shower not good but was clean, holiday of 2 halves not bad/bad, I wouldn’t recommend eating there."

"Travelled as a family of 6. 4 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 3. Half board for 7 nights. The location of the hotel is great and the rooms are clean with a decent sized balcony. Childrens entertainment is on a par with other hotels. Food is a bit bizarre,the breakfast is fine but dinner is just weird. The food doesnt really compliment each other i.e chicken wings and mashed potato or noodles and fish in a sauce. Always plenty pizza, burgers, salad etc though. The queues really let this hotel down and with some tweaks it could be much better. The queue for sunbeds in the morning begins at 8am and doors get unlocked by staff at 9am and the benny hill show begins. By 9.01 no beds left, people jumpimg over walls in a frenzy and allsorts. Someone on another review said there is a queue for a queue at this hotel and they are spot on. There is a constant queue to get drinks and its more frustrating if youre not all inclusive as staff seem to go out there way to go slow to the all inclusive guests. There is always a queue at the lifts. There is a queue to get a drink with the evening meal which usually ends up in people giving up. I would potentially return to this hotel as we did get a good deal so I suppose the holiday is what you make of it."
