"The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the beach and various restaurants and shops, and close to the central train/bus. The cleanliness is good. The facilities are a bit too basic; there's no kettle, you have to use the front desk; there's not even a trash can in the room, only a small trash can in the bathroom, and no shelves or anything like that, so there's nowhere to put toiletries. The service is very good; the front desk staff are all very friendly and welcoming."

Amazing
GGuest UserGreat hotel in fantastic location. New and clean. It’s one block to the old town and all restaurants. The hotel is opposite a small park so very quiet. The best is there is a bus stop to the airport conveniently across the road for when you are ready to leave :-)
XXingfuhuilinFacilities: Great! It's rare to find a European hotel that provides two free bottles of mineral water, capsule coffee, tea, and a kettle – this one in San Sebastián is truly excellent!
Cleanliness: Tidy and spotless.
Service: Smiling service throughout, super sweet! They even offer valet parking and brought my luggage to the front desk. I wanted to tip, but the bellhop was gone in a flash!
Environment: Just a 2-minute walk from La Concha beach and 10 minutes from the old town – absolutely fantastic!
BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”**
Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room.
At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed.
However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded.
I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day.
Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better.
The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room.
While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests.
In the end, we ended up paying the €25.
**Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**
GGuest UserWe stayed here for our honeymoon. The attentive staff, service, and the hotel's location and facilities helped us create wonderful memories.
We would like to stay here again when we are in San Sebastian.
GGuest UserLocated on a quiet street right in the heart of town, a few minutes walk to the old town and to the beach, this is a gem of a hotel, clean, modern and with an excellent restaurant attached. The staff are very helpful and attentive in multiple languages. One of the best recent hotel stays I've experienced. Thank you.
GGuest UserIt's a little far from the old town, but you can walk or take a bus. The Basque train station is nearby, so it's convenient for going to the French Basque Country. There are shops and bakeries where you can buy fruit and drinks within a few minutes' walk.
The room was compact, but the bathroom was clean and comfortable.
ZZhuanjiaojiudaogaoerjieThe hotel is in the suburbs. A bit remote. It's not very convenient to go to the supermarket. But the hotel has its own restaurant and bar. There is a local restaurant about ten minutes' walk away, which is also OK. The swimming pool is not big, but the atmosphere is good. The bed in the room is also very comfortable. It meets the four-star standard. Generally speaking, it is suitable for people who drive themselves to stay overnight.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian
Wonderful knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful
GGuest UserNice hotel close to the city center. Friendly staff. Parking is an issue, if you don’t get to book your space then you have to park outside in a public parking and both are expensive.
The rooms are modern and the swimming pool at the rooftop is useful. Also the spa.
董董The hotel is a little far from the old town. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk. The design style is a bit of American industrial style, but the windows of the room are too high. It is just a decoration. It can't be ventilated. The perfume smell of the room is a bit heavy. Overall, this hotel not bad
