Amazing
GGuest UserGreat location, nice spacious apartment but somewhat sparsely equipped, odd kitchen design. Coffee, drinks, and snacks in the lobby are a nice touch but coffee maker goes out of service when water empty, so no coffee in the AM before staff comes in at 9AM. Sun deck enjoyable but had to hunt down cushions. No hot water for shower the day of departure. Fairly easy check in. Good value overall.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.
JJikeThe hotel is not far from the train station, the facilities and equipment are OK, the ham is very fresh and very delicious, it is the kind of fresh cut, the breakfast variety is not much, except the fresh cut ham is basically not impressed, the restaurant design is also very cold for three days, did not see a few people eat breakfast, Basically OK.
MMaylanyThis is the best apartment I've stayed so far and it's really worth the price. Everything is clean, the kitchen is well maintained and equipped, there are two televisions in the apartment (in the living room and in the bedroom), but I could only switch on the one in the bedroom. That's okay for me because I mainly watch the TV in my bedroom. I rarely use the living room, but my friend stayed there to take a nap one day and she said it was comfortable. I also love the bathroom, which was also full of amenities: soaps, shampoo, multiple towels, and unlimited roll tissues. The hot shower was also well functioning. I stayed for 6 nights and my towels were changed after the 3rd night. They also have a laundry facility, which can be used free of charge, 24 hours. I only needed to buy the detergent by myself. The check in and out are also quick, easy, and safe. Oh, there's also a safety box inside the bedroom which was also functional. Bed was great, lights were perfect, AC was good, overall a perfect place for a long stay.
GGuest UserExcellent location and elegant and comfortable membership. Sorry they have no room to support their bags after check out (it needs to go to another hotel) and have no continuous reception service (we had cold and we asked for a cover via whatsapp but we didn't receive a answer). Exceptional structure but without these services the price/quality ratio is over-reported
AangelaThe location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to the main attractions of Cadiz, you can just walk, and it is not expensive to take a taxi from the train station, 10 euros is enough. There are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets around, it is very convenient to eat and shop, and it is also very close to the central market. The reception staff are very friendly, the room is large and quiet, with all kitchen utensils, you can do whatever you want. Very satisfied, I will stay here again next time I go to Cadiz
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, we were lucky to get a room upgrade to a larger room on the front with full sea view. Check in was quite slow (as on previous occasion I have used this hotel) but not excessively slow and the staff were very friendly; fortunately there was no queue. Very clean hotel with everything looking new and in excellent state of repair. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location by the beach and close to town is great.
GGuest UserHad a lovely time , parking was an issue which we knew but advised to park nearby by reception. Lovely comfy bed . Had 3 days and had everything you needed ( kettle would have been a bonus ) no balcony if you needed to dry anything but we managed to. Lovely area on roof top with several sun loungers and a small pool .
Aaustralianos21All right, a good hotel where you find them, but with only fault: At least, in our room. For three times we informed in the reception, it goes that TV didn't work well, when they were not the channels, it was the volume, a total fiasco. In the 5 days we were, we didn't see any incredible TV, but real truth.
