"The hotel is very central, but the streets are very narrow and the parking is far away. There's no breakfast option; if you want it, you have to go out to a local restaurant or another bar. Also, there are many details in the rooms that are not maintained or repaired, and the cleanliness is just average—the coffee maker wasn't cleaned, and there was trash under things that wasn't picked up."

"The location is good, in the old town and close to the beach. The decor is quite modern, with a small gym and a rooftop pool (mainly for playing, not really suitable for swimming, it's too small, haha). Don't sleep on the sofa bed! The mattress is super soft! And it gets really dirty when folded up, see the pictures. Also, the front desk staff's attitude is really bad! There were no blankets provided on the sofa bed. We only realized there were no blankets when we got back at night (around 10 pm), so we called to ask, and she said, "We closed at 9:30 pm, you should have contacted us earlier..." Is this the attitude of service? Shouldn't they have prepared the blankets? Also, we wanted to ask them to help us book a taxi to catch our train in the morning. The reply was simply, "What time do you want?" After giving the time, they said, "You'll have to call and make a reservation yourself," without explaining why… There were reports of a railway workers' strike on the day we left, so we requested an early check-out one day (because it was an uncontrollable factor). Their reply was a single word, "NO," without any explanation… The room's ventilation system was terrible. We cooked a simple meal—not stir-fry, mind you—and the smell lingered for days. I'd recommend staying in a hotel if you have a small group."

"The location is very good, right next to the museum and very convenient for visiting the ancient city. Parking in the parking lot under St. Anthony Square only costs 1 euro, which is equivalent to free of charge. It is recommended to leave the big box in the car and carry a small package with your belongings for 1-2 days. Otherwise, dragging the box to the hotel will be a bit tiring if the box is large and heavy. The attitude of the front desk was average. The room they were given was at the entrance of the stairs, so the large chandelier outside was on all night. The curtains were only gauze and not thick, so it would be affected if you don't sleep well."

"This is the best apartment I've stayed so far and it's really worth the price. Everything is clean, the kitchen is well maintained and equipped, there are two televisions in the apartment (in the living room and in the bedroom), but I could only switch on the one in the bedroom. That's okay for me because I mainly watch the TV in my bedroom. I rarely use the living room, but my friend stayed there to take a nap one day and she said it was comfortable. I also love the bathroom, which was also full of amenities: soaps, shampoo, multiple towels, and unlimited roll tissues. The hot shower was also well functioning. I stayed for 6 nights and my towels were changed after the 3rd night. They also have a laundry facility, which can be used free of charge, 24 hours. I only needed to buy the detergent by myself. The check in and out are also quick, easy, and safe. Oh, there's also a safety box inside the bedroom which was also functional. Bed was great, lights were perfect, AC was good, overall a perfect place for a long stay."

"Ideally located handy for rail station, port and main square. Spotlessly clean large rooms with big walk in showers, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, safe, and lovely comfy beds!! The staff are lovely! Abel gave us a great recommendation for a really good authentic tapas bar (Arte puro), and we had a great couple of nights - I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re in Cadiz!!"

"I needed a hotel for a night in Cádiz before I went to the port to catch the ferry to The Canary Islands , the hotel is right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops , friendly staff on reception and a lovely clean and modern room with private balcony , its advertised as a spa but there is no pool. I didn’t use any facilities other than my room but there is also a restaurant and rooftop bar . Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the end of a floor with a staff access elevator and the cleaners kept bringing stuff up and constantly making noise all evening till about 10:30pm , why they do it when people are trying to relax and sleep is beyond me , it ruins your stay , it wouldn’t of been an issue but I needed to get up at 6am to checkout for a walk to the ferry port , so don’t expect much sleep in this hotel as the doors are noisy and people are constantly banging and shutting them , also the walls are very thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room to mine, Overall tho a good stay 👍🏼"
